    Kitchen Drain Service

    I trust John is an experienced plumber from the reviews here. His response for an estimate was quick. He also made himself available early this morning for the brass P-trap replacement after I approached him late last week. The replacement was done in 10-15 minutes. I do believe John has good knowledge and possesses the expertise to perform his job at a professional level. I was just unfortunate to have a defective P-trap installed by the builder. It is a brand new building and there is no reason to believe a replacement needed in three plus years time!!!

    faucet installation

    John did a great job removing my old kitchen faucet and installing the new one. He was upfront with the cost and I will call him again if I need another plumbing job.

    Valve replacement

    I called John because he was highly recommended by my niece. Our sprinkler system was damaged over the winter because a faulty valve inside our home was leaking water to the outside even when the value was closed. John asked that I send a picture of the value. In less than ten minutes after receiving the picture, he sent me an estimate of the cost to replace the valve and an appointment date and time which was a couple of days later. On the day of the appointment, John texted me to say that he was on his way and would be arriving in 30 minutes. He arrived outside our home a few minutes early and waited for the appointment time before coming to the door. I was impressed by how organized he was in his process. John entered our home with a mask on and put on a shoe cover to keep our home clean. We were extremely pleased with the work John did in our home. Johns work is of the highest quality and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

    Ball valve replacement

    Replaced three valves in my house including leaking main intake valve with ball valves. Very satisfied, very professional and timely. Intake valve had to be timed with the city. No problems at all. Thank you!

    Efficient service

    I called John as our toilet was making hammering/piping noise. He was quick to reply, gave us a quote, date and time that he could come for repair. He was very efficient and the whole process was fast and smooth. No more hammering/piping noise since then. I know I can always rely on John and would highly recommend him.

    New Faucet Installation

    John arrived earlier than expected and was very efficient with my new faucet installation. He even improvised a quick fix for a broken battery cartridge that came with the faucet. I would highly recommend John's services and I would personally seek out his services again for any future plumbing jobs.

    Repair burst backyard tap

    I called John to repair a burst backyard tap. He was on time and got the job done efficiently. I will call John again when I need help with any plumbing issues because he does a great job! I called him before to unclog kitchen sink.

    Burst pipe repair

    I reached out to John due to his HomeStars rating and I was not disappointed. I told him the issue over the phone and he asked me to send him photos of the problem area. In a matter of minutes after receiving my photos, John gave me an upfront assessment and estimated repair cost. I was happy with the estimate and we set up an appointment for a few days later. On the day of the appointment John arrived as scheduled, but he also let me know ahead of time via text that he was on the way. He walked me through what he would be doing for repair and immediately got to work. When the repairs were completed he patiently explained to me how to properly prevent this from happening again. The work involved opening up a wall and replacing damaged pipes by re-soldering new ones. This is not a clean job but John thoroughly cleaned the area up afterwards when the repairs were done. If you want a master plumber who will get the job done and is honest and upfront call Dima Plumbing.

    Install Laundry Tub and Faucet

    I reached out to John late one evening for a quotation to install customer supplied laundry tub and faucet. He replied to my email within 15 mins with a fair price and when I reached out to him early the next morning he answered my call right away. He was able to come on the same day that I called him. You can tell by how efficient, organized and prepared he is that he's a very knowledgeable Master Plumber. Finding an experienced and motivated professional is always difficult and I am glad that I found John. I would highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.
