    An Excellent Experience

    Suddenly found water in the cupboard under the kitchen sink and discovered the basket and attached drain pipe had come loose. Called Dima and spoke to Adrian who asked for pictures of the issue. Gave me the estimate and as promised arrived the following day. He replaced the damaged part with a new one and rebuilt some of the structure under the basket. He also tightened the faucet which was a little loose and was vey difficult to reach. I really appreciated the friendly and positive attitude and how meticulous Adrian was and took the time to make sure all was well before leaving. I'm relieved to know I now have an unbeatable plumbing resource.

    Various Plumbing Issues

    Very responsive to servuice request with followups. Dima's son came to do the work and was extremely professional and courteous. He tackled each problem methodically and resolved all issues including badly clogged kitchen drains, malfunctioning toilet analysis and removal of old/installation of new shower heads.

    The reviews aren't qrong!

    I had a number of plumbing items that needed doing (new faucet, snaking a bathtub drain, replacing a shut off, taping a showerhead). Andrei Dima is very responsive, keeps you informed when he's arriving. Is upfront at the cost. He explains what he thinks is wrong and how he will repair it. He's professional and courteous. I would use him again.

    Is there a six star review?

    Andrei totally rocks; explained each service building complete confidence and understanding. Installed two faucets, rebuilt vanity plumbing, hooked up new vanity sink, fixed toilet supply issue. Very reasonable costs, awesome customer service, and quality. Cannot say enough about Dima plumbing.

    Kitchen Pipe Leak and Faucet Change

    I contacted Dima Plumbing to address a kitchen pipe leak beneath my sink and to replace my faucet. I had heard about Andrei's exceptional service from positive Homestars reviews, which convinced me to hire him. Andrei provided initial estimates over the phone and managed to accommodate me for a Friday night appointment, which I truly appreciated. Upon his arrival, Andrei assessed the situation and found a solution for the pipe issue that was more efficient than initially anticipated. He charged me less than the original estimate, which I found very considerate. During his visit, Andrei demonstrated professionalism and a positive attitude, despite the long day he had already endured. He encountered some unexpected challenges with the faucet due to my older house, but he handled them with composure and even injected some humor into the situation. This lighthearted approach made our interaction genuinely enjoyable. In light of his exceptional service, I wholeheartedly recommend Andrei from Dima Plumbing.

    Knowledgeable, Fast, Kind

    Andrei made time to check out our issue despite his busy schedule and was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done. Very appreciative of his efforts and would definitely call him up again if I ever need help with plumbing issues. Would highly recommend to anyone.

    Fantastic service

    Ignore all other plumbers and use Dima. I had a leak in my shower. Texted them and they replied right away. Before they came out, they tried to save me money by helping me with some tips to try diagnose the problem before I paid for a service call. I appreciated this approach and right off the bat felt like they were an honest company and not just trying to take my money. When Andre came out he was courteous and professional. He looked at my plumbing and walked me through what was going on and made sure I understood the issue and showed me what was happening. He made quick repairs to my shower and also game me some info on what to look for in terms of any further issues. Also a completely great price for the work. Ive got Dima plumbing in my contacts and will never call another plumber.

    Replaced Kitchen Sink Trap and Drains

    John from DIMA plumbing was on time and very professional. Completed the job requested and suggested a couple of other quick adjustments due to the age of the plumbing in question. All work done same visit. If needed will definitely call again. Thanks

    Replace main shut off valve

    My main shut off in the basement was seized and needed to be replaced. I called John and he told me exactly what need to be done in coordinating with the city to turn water off. As soon as I let him know the water was off, he came right away and started the process. Unfortunately, the valve at the street was faulty and he could not complete the job but gave me direction on how to resolve with the city. Once the city replaced the valve at the street, he came back right away and completed the work flawlessly. I've worked with other contractors and by far John was one of the best with his work and responsiveness to messages and keeping me up to date. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing work.
