    Highly recommend!!!

    I hired John Dima for the second time. I trust him, he's a very nice man and he's highly experienced. He did the job that he was hired to do, in this case, reconnect the sewer vent that had become disconnected under the kitchen sink and inside the wall. While working, he found some additional problems and fixed them as well, which I really appreciated. Now, I can relax because everything is fixed, cleaned and ready to go. If I need another plumber, John will be the first guy I call.

    Clogged drain

    I reached out to John to help me with a slowly draining sink. John responded quickly to the request and booked an appointment. He showed up on time and fixed the problem but also spent the time to show me how to prevent it from occurring in the future. A really nice guy.

    kitchen sink clog /improper installation

    I was in a jam - Dec. 20th and my two kitchen sinks were clogged and not draining. A friend referred me to John. I called and we set up an appointment. John was very punctual and showed up exactly on time. Unfortunately for me, I had had my kitchen renovated 3 years earlier and the contractor who installed my sink had not put in a P-trap. John was excellent at explaining the problem and ended up having to cut the pipe, drain the water /clog and install a P-trap. He was precise, neat and very efficient. I would definitely recommend John.

    Mixing Valve replacement

    I called Dima Plumbing to replace a mixing valve for our water heater John arrived exactly on time as discussed, extremely courteous and proceeded to work on replacing the valve. The old valve was facing an awkward position which made it difficult to see or adjust if ever the need arose. I asked John if he could install the new mixing valve with the dials at least facing a direction where it would be more accessible. John took some time to analyze the situation, and with some redesigning and effort did exactly what i had wished for. Even with this added effort, John did not expect any more compensation then what he had originally estimated. Truly client satisfaction was first and foremost to John. I very much appreciate the experience and job that John and Dima Plumbing has done.

    Fast Installation of Garburator

    I called them when my garbarator broke and theybwere able to advise me on what my next steps should be. Once my new appliance arrived they removed broken garburator and installed new one quickly with no problems. It was fast to make an appointment and the work was done quickly and professionally.

    Kitchen Faucet replacement

    John and his son came on very short notice to replace a leaking kitchen faucet and soap dispenser. They did a great job, and threw in a grout repair as well. I happened to mention that our bathroom shower faucets were not working and they went out to the truck and got replacement faucets for those as well. The repair price did not include the cost of the new faucets. We were very happy with the quick professional service.

    main water valve replacement

    John should be your plumber. He is unbelievably patient when working with the city and their scheduling. He is reasonably priced, available when you need him. Shows up as promised. Professional, polite, supportive....and honest. Most importantly he got the job done!! Thank you Dima plumbing.

    Toilet fix and shower leak

    John was awesome. He very quickly identified the issue with my toilet and was able to fix it. He also identified a potential leak in my shower and proposed a low-cost solution. He could have told me I needed to open up my ceiling, which would have generated significantly more $$ for him and yet he suggested the least expensive option as a first step. This is the second time I’ve called John. He is my go-to for any plumbing need. I truly believe he wants the best solution for me. I can’t recommend him enough!

    Very happy with the new water valve

    Main water valve in house needed replacing. Very professional service and work. Advised on working with the town to shut off main supply. Came when water was turned off and had the water back on in less than 2 hrs. Replaced old leaky gate valve with a ball valve and a drain. Not our first time using his services. Will use him again.

    Fast and speedy service

    Really appreciate the fast service they provide and the outstanding customer service. We contacted them after speaking to many different plumbers and they were the only ones that were able to help us immediately.
