    Water shut off valve dripping

    I called several plumbers but found Dima Pluming being the most friendly , professional and helpful. I was also given a phone estimate for the work that included shutting off the main valve in my driveway and replacing an old sump pump. Because of the age of my house, turning off the main valve could have caused some major problems. I was provided with an option that worked out perfectly. Both jobs were completed to my total satisfaction. I would highly recommend Dima Plumbing to friends and family and will no have no hesitation calling them again for their service .

    Replacing corroded water heater pipes and leaking shower faucet.

    John gave us an estimate for the replacement of the basement bathroom shower faucet by phone, but indicated he would have to see the issue with the leaking galvanized water heater pipes before committing to a cost. We accepted the quote for the shower faucet and head replacement ($350.00). He asked whether he would be supplying the fixture, or if we were to supply it ourselves, the brand that he recommended. that small detail , and the choice, was appreciated. He and Andre arrived as scheduled, having texted that they were on route and giving an approximate arrival time, which also was appreciated. On arrival, John had a look at the work involved for the water pipe replacement. We agreed with his determination that a new line would have to be run from the water heater to a non-galvanized portion of the piping (approx. 8 feet), and a new line would have to run from that junction to the connection for the new shower head (approx. 12-15 feet). The total for both aspects of the job would be $900.00 excluding the fixture, which we supplied. He and Andre then did the work in the time anticipated. John and Andre were amicable, polite, and professional throughout. John made us feel very comfortable with the process and, as there will be further work to be done replacing the old galvanized, when our budget allows, we will ask him to do the work for us.

    Water meter leaking in my condo unit

    Very happy with their service. I live in a condo and had an issue with my unit's water meter. They came in and went straight to fix the issue. They are knowledgeable and provide very good service.

    Kitchen Faucet Installation

    I hired John to remove our old kitchen faucet and install a new one. During our initial call, and in subsequent text conversation, he was extremely professional and polite. He did a great job installing the faucet and returned a couple days later to repair my old marble countertop, which had started breaking away around the faucet, causing the faucet to loosen. He did this at no extra charge even though it wasn't his fault. I will definitely use his services again and would recommend him to my friends and family. Thank you John!

    Kitchen faucet replacement

    My kitchen faucet was leaking and John Dima and Ray came to the rescue. They were professional and efficient. They even provided a quick consultation with me on the phone prior to showing up for the appointment. I really recommend them and will use them again.

    Copper Pipe Replacement

    After finding a pinhole sized hole in a copper pipe that was leaking, I called Dima Plumbing. John answered and asked me to send him a picture of the problem. He was then able to fit me in that same morning and replaced a section of the old leaky pipe in under an hour. The whole process was quick, friendly, efficient, and terrific. I will gladly call Dima Plumbing if another issue arises.

    Kitchen Snake Charmer

    I had a great experience with John and Son today. My kitchen sink had a deep clog way down in the pipes, and they came within a few hours of my call and ran a snake all the way through to clear it up. Also replaced some poorly done plumbing on the spot. Fast, professional, and courteous, I won't hesitate to call Dima again. Thanks again John.

    Replace bathtub faucet

    I called John and after sending a photo he was able to get me an estimate and showed up the next morning. He spent 3 hours replacing my 35 year old bathtub faucet and pipes that were leaking. He was very professional, which shows from his 30 years of experience. I will definitely hire him in the future for other bathroom projects.

    Replace shower faucet

    The shower faucet in the master bath sprang a leak. I called John (based on homestars reviews). He very promptly returned my call. I was able to explain that the faucet will need to be replaced. John gave me a quote there and then. John and his son showed up the next day at the appointed time. He called ahead to give me a 20 minute heads up - this was much appreciated. Once here, they completed the job professionally - all the work done was clean, the job site was left in clean condition. While in the house, they had shoe covers on. I am super impressed by the great level of professionalism. Totally satisfied and recommend fully.

    Drain Pipe Repair

    The drain in my shower leaked badly and ruined a small patch of the ceiling on the floor below. Dima Plumbing resolved the problem bright and early the next morning. Now I can use my shower again!
