    Installation of backup sump pump.

    John and his helper did a great job. On-time; courteous; clean; explained work; and all at a fair price. I certainly plan on using Dima Plumbing again for our household needs.

    Beats all the other plumbing services

    I’ve used John’s services since I moved into my house in 2013. His work is outstanding. Prompt, professional, and courteous. It’s the only plumbing service that I use now. Thanks John.

    Clogged bathroom sink

    I have used John's services in the past and will again. He responded quickly to my request. He and Andre cleared the clog and replaced the trap. It is a pleasure to deal with them. I would recommend their services.

    Prompt, professional and good expertise

    Dima Plumbing was great to work with. You do have to call them (email doesn't really work), but he responds right away with quotes. I called on a Friday afternoon and he offered to come first thing on Monday. He texted me when he was on his way, and he was very gracious with his visit. The scope of work wasn't as large as we had originally thought, so he didn't want to charge us. But we gave him other work instead, and paid what was originally agreed upon. Dima's professionalism and expertise were great and we'd highly recommend them!

    Leaky bath tub faucet, broken shower handle

    Great service. I had a leaky faucet that John went to great efforts to try to fix but in the end it need replacing. I purchased a new bathtub faucet that was the wrong size, i.e. 10 inch rather than 8 inch. John was skilled enough to be able to cut the pipes on the one I purchased and installed it flawlessly.

    Main valve water shut off - leaking

    We were very pleased with the work that was done in our home. When the original call was made a cost was quoted, and that is what we paid. Other quotes were made in the ball park figure from other companies that were far more expensive. Mr. Dima made a suggestion about another plumbing problem we have and he gave his valued expertise, in regards to this. We definitely will recommended Mr. Dima to others.

    Recommended

    My kitchen faucet suddenly broke today. I called John around 10am and by 2pm he was at my house with his apprentice to help. Not only were they extremely courteous, they greeted my 4 year old, they wore plastic booties, they installed the faucet within 20 mins; overall very professional and provided quality work.

    Burst Exterior Pipe

    When I turned my exterior tape on this spring, a pipe burst. I called John, who I have used before. He was very accommodating with my irregular schedule and came with very little notice. As always, he and his son, Andre, arrived at the promised time. They fixed two faucets and two burst pipes. One of the pipes was buried under my deck. John and Andre are lovely people and very competent professionals. I do not hesitate to recommend them for any kind of plumbing job.

    faucet replacement

    John and his partner installed a new faucet in our bathroom. He and his partner arrived on time, did the work efficiently, and explained what he had done clearly. The cost was extremely reasonable. If I need a plumber, he'll be the first person I'd call.

    Kitchen sink was clogged

    I have called Dima Plumbing in the past and John did a great job so I decided to call him again. Our kitchen sink was really clogged up and we used Drano and bought a snake auger and used that but it didn't work. John came the day that I texted him and brought his partner Andre. They were courteous and knew what they were doing; they brought their own much more superior gear and was able to get the job done within the hour. They also gave me very useful tips on how to maintain the kitchen sink to prevent the clog from happening again. I would definitely recommend and use them again!
