    Drain Clean out

    Big thank you to John for his help with cleaning out our main drain. Highly recommended, he is extremely professional, called and let us know when he would arrive that day, and arrived on time.

    Replace shower faucet

    John and his son replaced a shower faucet that was leaking. They were very professional, completed the job quickly and cleaned up when they were finished. They even fixed an issue with the toilet at no charge.

    Replace bathroom faucet

    Called Dima Plumbing and spoke to John about my broken faucet handle. John explained that my faucet may or may not be repairable because it was over 15 years old and may still leak. He advised me honestly and told me the best option was to purchase a new faucet and we set up an appointment. John and his son Andrei arrived on time and had my faucet replaced in under 1 hour. They are extremely efficient, knowledgeable and kind people. They left no mess and the faucet works great. No leaks no issues. Would not hesitate to call Dima Plumbing again in the future. Excellent service. Thank you John.

    Quick response, fair price, fully satisfied!!

    John and his colleague from Dima were professional and responded as quickly as they could to my request for service. They were tidy and quick to diagnose the issues and quoted me a fair price for the labour and parts. They provide an amazing service in my opinion and I would not hesitate to recommend them or call them again in the future. They were also comfortable with the fact that I have dogs and cats which was a really nice added bonus!

    Fast and courteous

    I needed a small job taken care of, and they were great. Very prompt, courteous and professional. I would definitely use them again. Felt they were fair re cost as well.

    Replaced faucet

    I was able to coordinate with dina plumbing and get the faucet replaced for my tenants during the bestest holiday season, great, fast and reasonable service. I would recommend them to anyone.

    Numerous shut-off supply valves to be replaced

    They say when it rains, it pours. I had numerous shut-off supply valves start leaking at once - (a) bathroom toilet shut-off, (b) wahing machine shut-offs, and (c) inside shut-off to outside water supply. So rather than waiting for a full blown flood with water damage replaced. Messaged Dima and he gave a quote within minutes. Showed up next day and replaced all shut-off valves ... less than he quotes. Fast. Friendly. Honest. Professional. Competent.

    Install new toilet

    Dima came out quickly, and efficiently removed an old toilet & replaced it with a new one. They were on time, properly equipped, and thoroughly professional. Would definitely use them again.

    New Toilet Installation

    John and his assistant arrived as scheduled and completed the job in less than an hour. We were replacing our old toilet with a new, larger one. Since it was not one of the usual brands it was slightly more complicated to replace it but John worked his magic and had it up and running without a hitch. Our floor is slightly angled so he resolved that problem efficiently and effectively and our new toilet has been working like a charm. I would definitely recommend Dima and would call John again with any plumbing needs.

    Excellent service
