    Quick, professional, and reasonable

    John and Andrej came within 2 hours of my call about a leaky bathtub faucet. They quickly diagnosed the problem and did a great job fixing it. I was really impressed with their professionalism and they were very reasonably priced as well. We'll definitely call again for any plumbing needs.

    Change of hot water copper pipe

    A few months ago John completely rebuilt the plumbing of my house and he did an amazing job. I called him again for a small job and as usual he was very responsive, priced reasonable and just a pleasure to have him over as a contractor. I do not even call any other plumber because I get top quality work from him. Highly recommenced.

    Excellent service

    We called John after discovering water underneath our kitchen sink. We found out our faucet was the problem and we replaced it with a new one. Unfortunatly it kept leaking. It was during the Christmas break and it’s difficult to find someone who’s willing to come. We took and sent some photos to John and he gave us a quote. He came, identified the problems, and fixed everything for us. He was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Thank you John!

    Washing Machine Hot & Cold Hose Replacement

    I contacted Dima Plumbing early Sunday evening. They responded with a quote almost immediately. They came to fix the problem right away. John Dima was quick and professional. The job was done in about half an hour.

    Washroom leaking pipe

    I called John this morning for an emergency case of leaking pipe in my washroom. He understood the urgency of the matter and found an opening in his busy schedule and gave me an appointment. He was very punctual and so polite and professional. Unlike other companies he didn’t charge me for diagnosing the issue and only charged me for the service needed. He checked all the pipes all over the house throughly, found the issue and fixed it right away. I’d definitely call this company with any plumbing issue and I’d highly recommend John and the company. Very reliable and professional.

    Excellent and professional service

    We had a leak in the basement and sent a request for service via HomeStars to Dima Plumbing. Brad responded within minutes by phone. Explained the issue and he said they would have someone to the house the next day around 6:00pm although, due to high volume of frozen pipe calls, they could be later. As it happened, they were delayed but Brad called twice to update us on new time. This level of communication is usually sadly lacking from tradesmen and we appreciated the updates as we completely understood they were busy and unable to provide timelines when they wouldn't know how long each service call might take. When Calvin arrived he quickly diagnosed the leak and made a repair for a fair and reasonable price. Made recommendations on how to avoid further issues with this pipe freezing. Cleaned up the work area and was overall friendly and professional. Would recommend this plumbing service to friends and family.

    Master Bedroom Bathroom vanity

    John and Andrej arrived as scheduled and immediately put there protective shoe covers on. I showed John the job I needed completed and in a little over 2 hours he called me and said the work was complete. He even helped me carry the old vanity out too my garage which was not included in his scope of work. Much Appreciated John for your clean, courteous and efficient service!     Leaking toilet

    I wasn't sure where the leak in my toilet was, but John expertly figured it out and solved the problem! He explained what the problem was and fixed it. I will definitely recommend and use Dima Plumbing again.

    bathroom toilet and sink repair

    John and Andrej arrived on time, were very respectful of my home, putting on protective covering over shoes. They promptly assessed the problem, quoted me a fair price before starting the work. As they progressed with the repairs, they showed me the problem, explaining what they were doing. The gasket and bolts had to be replaced as well as filling valve, flex supply line and flapper on the toilet. My second problem my vanity sink drain required a new pop up assembly. all done in record time leaving the area very tidy. The even removed the trash and put in my garbage :)

    Frozen pipe

    A pipe in our basement was frozen and we didn't have any water in the house. We called John and he arrived on time and fixed it very quickly. We are very pleased with the service! Thanks John.
