    Plumbing leak repair

    A few days ago I had an emergency water leak in the bathroom of my house. I contacted Dima Plumbing and explained the problem to John Dima. Even before contracting him, he promptly informed me about the probable cause of the leak and what to do to stop it. He also informed me exactly how much it would cost for him to fix the leak – a rare, pleasantly refreshing, and helpful approach to dealing with customers. John was prompt and presented himself professionally. He completed the work without hassle and he was exceptionally tidy. Without hesitation, I would strongly recommend John. He is a very knowledgeable, confident, and experienced plumber. As a matter of fact, I have already asked him to do some additional major plumbing work in my house.

    Bathroom tap repair

    One thing I like about John is that he is very prompt after I have left a message. That's why I am a returning customer. He came to our home checked out the bathroom tap, explained the issue and then replaced the tap; we had replace 2 of them in our house.

    Replaced Mixing Valve

    John was professional throughout the process. Easy to reach. Quoted on the spot. We agreed on a date and time for the work. He was delayed, but texted me as soon as he knew and kept me up to date on his timing. Things happen and that's fine. Communication is key. I'll gladly hire John for my next job.

    Various Plumbing Repairs

    We moved into a condo and there were a number of plumbing issues we needed fixed. John was quick to respond to my enquiry and provide a quote and time to do the work. He showed up on time, did the work well and in a short time frame and charged what he quoted. I am relieved to know I have a plumber I can count on now when needed, and highly recommend him.

    Complete plumbing of kitchen sink and laundry room

    Extremely pleased with John's work. I think that he deserves every single star in Homestars. 10/10. I called six plumbers and John was the only one who answer the phone and made the time to come to my house the same day for a free quote. Some plumbers were charging me to come by for an estimate. He was extremely careful not to damage walls. This was very important as my house is almost 100 years old. His work was not only superb, it even looks good in my laundry room. The price quoted was very competitive and reasonable for the work performed. Tradespeople like John are hard to find. Reliable, professional and responsive. I would call him again without hesitation. Thanks for the great work John!!!

    Bathroom Faucet Replacement, Shut Off Valves Replacement, Shower and Bathroom Drains

    I called John after seeing his reviews here on HomeStars. He answered quickly and politely; and we agreed on a date and time for him to come to replace an old leaky bathroom faucet, replace leaky/old shut off valves, and fix some shower/sink drains that were clogged up. John was punctual and arrived on time (he texted me 10 min before he was arriving) and he did a great job overall. He is very knowledgeable, took time to answer all my questions, and did all the replacements and fixes professionally and carefully. He also made sure that everything was cleaned up, and he himself was very aware to keep his work clean (he wore gloves and shoe covers while working). When the work was completed, he took time to show me what he had done, answered further questions and showed me what the issues were. This is the first time I have had to call a plumber to my house, and John made me feel very comfortable and confident in having him in my house to deal with my plumbing issues. Needless to say, John is a master plumber and I am happy to give him this review, refer him to friends/family who need plumbing services and call him again for future needs.

    Shower cartridge replacement

    I had leaky shower cartridge replaced by john dima very punctual ,did a great job very professional ,I had other issues with plumbing in my house he looked at and advised me

    U trap / P trap replacement

    John was quick to respond by text and communicated well. He was able to schedule an appointment quickly and arrived on time. He did a great job and charged a reasonable rate. I would recommend John if you are looking for an honest plumber.

    Kitchen sink repair

    John did an excellent job replacing a corroded P-trap under my kitchen sink. He provided a quotation by email, and his price was the best by far of several companies I contacted. He was pleasant to deal with and completely professional. He arrived on time, completed the work quickly, and offered a 90 day warranty for the service. I would absolutely recommend John and wouldn't hesitate to call him again for another job.

    Main Drain Blockage

    The main drain in our basement became blocked. My neighbour recommended Dima Plumbing. I found John to be professional, thorough and efficient. He knew exactly what he was doing and worked quickly to solve the problem. The work area was well organized, and he left it clean and tidy when the job was completed. I also liked that he respected the premises by wearing boot covers when entering my home. Overall, I was very pleased with Dima Plumbing.
