    Kitchen faucet repair

    John Dima fixed my kitchen faucet and now it works better than new. Fair and competitive price, with professional workmanship. My recently installed kitchen faucet was too tight to turn, till finally it became loose. John was able to repair the faucet and now it works as it should. Highly recommended, John is professional, efficient, trustworthy and humble.

    Basement Ceiling leakage

    My basement ceiling started leaking after main water shutoff and back on this time. I sent John a messaged from HomeStars for quota and I got his first response very quick and another follow up imessage to my cell phone. I booked an appointment with him immediately and John was right on schedule. He spotted the leaking issue and replaced the defected part right away. We also asked John to help us to fix the laundry faucet leaking (silent waste water running all day), replaced one washroom water shutoff as well as the kitchen sink clog issues. John spent almost half of his time today to fix our last issue due to the bad original design of the sink water pipeline. John is very polite, professional and knowledgeable. The price he asked is quite fair. We are very satisfied with his work today and will definitely call him again if needed.

    No more leaks

    Dima Plumbing was referred to me by a neighbor. I called John Thursday morning and as we agreed, he came promptly at 2:30 pm. He gave me a quote to fix leaks in the kitchen and bathroom and I found the price reasonable. He fixed the leaks while I waited, he even fixed the toilet seat as additional service. Best of all he gave me and my son a ride in his truck to get to a nearby bank so I can withdraw money to pay him. He is very professional and cares about the quality of his work. I will recommend him just as he was highly recommended to me. Congrats John! here's another 10-star rating.

    Kitchen Sink draining problem

    I found Dima Plumbing on the HomeStars site and was impressed with the number of very positive stories. I was looking for a plumber who charged a fair price for the work done as opposed to the popular practice of flat rate pricing. Being somewhat handy, I was convinced I had a venting problem which was causing my kitchen sinks to drain slowly. Within seconds of arriving at my home, John politely disagreed with my prognosis and suggested a much more simple solution than I had anticipated. Sensing my scepticism, John provided me with a price for his solution with a proviso that if it didn't work he wouldn't charge me. Can't me more fair than that. Within a few minutes my drains were flowing again and I was cleaning the egg off my face. John is very quick to respond, very professional and offers fair pricing. Highly recommended.

    Plumbing

    I had a great experience working with John. He was polite, professional and knowledgable. His pricing was competive, he was responsive and easy to reach and he arrived and finished the job on time and budget as promised. I will be working with John again in the future and highly recommend him. Description of work: retrofitted p-trap, changed section of leaky pipe, snaked drain.

    Plumbing job: main drain clean up + all around fixes

    Just yesterday called. Was quite an emergency case. Today have got all fixed! I highly appriciate such a fast response and an overall excellent service. The plumber was professional, knowledgeable. I have received a lesson on the go regarding other unrelated plumbing questions. I would definitely recommend using Dima's services.

    Plumbing

    After finding Dima Plumbing on the Home Stars site, we contacted John Dima re 3 different plumbing jobs we needed to have done in our house. John was prompt , his work was excellent and he cleaned up upon completion. We would highly recommend his service

    We finally found an excellent plumber

    We found Mr.John Dima at homestars website. Reading his clients' reviews, We decided to call him. He come exactly at the time in our home. Immediately start the job. We couldn't agree more with his existing clients. He is very professional, organized, and quickly installed my kitchen new faucet. We recommend him for my family and friends. He is now our plumber for anything in our house.

    Washer & Dryer installation

    I am very happy with the work done by John at John Dima Plumbing. He first came to my house a few weeks ago to inspect the basement pipes and drains\], and the location of where I wanted my new laundry units installed, and gave me a clear written quote. Once I had the washer/dryer delivered, he came over on the day and time agreed, and spent the entire day installing new water lines, installing new a new drain pipe and connecting it to the house drain system. He also drilled through the brick wall to install the dryer vent. All the work was done very professionally, and even though it was clear that he had underestimated how long it would take for the dryer vent to be installed, he spent the extra time, and did not charge me anything above his original written quote, which was very professional and much appreciated by me on principle!:) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend John Dima plumbing to anyone in the community!     Toilet maintenance

    We got good service everything was done on time. The plumber was knowledgeable and explained about the parts that were replaced. Also we got a warranty for the service. The place was clean after the work was completed. I highly recommend Dima's service
