    Pre-sale preparation

    I hired this company and was impressed with the quality and speed of the work. Considering tight timelines due to preparing the house for sale, from meeting the exceptionally polite and qualified salesman Dmytro to the start of the work, it took no more than two days. Managers Mykola and Joe exceeded my expectations, helping make financially beneficial decisions and responding quickly to my questions. The team was very polite, worked neatly and swiftly, even in the rain. I had warned about having elderly neighbors, and I'm grateful that it was taken into account. Overall, in four days, they installed a new lawn, did a huge power washing job including fence and retaining walls, laid new asphalt, and covered porch with interlock. Thank you, Action Home Services. Definitely will hire you guys again.

    I love my front yard

    Choosing Action Home Service is one of the rightest decisions I have ever made! My designer Shilin is so young, but she is really patient, professional and passionate about her job. She totally understand what I want! She made my front yard definitely meet what I expected even much higher! I cant appreciate her more! I highly recommended her to my friends and neighbors. Keep great job!

    Extremely knowledgable about permitting process

Throughout my research phase, I had the privilege of working with Kin Chan, the senior designer. Kin's knowledge and insights into the intricacies of the permitting process were truly impressive.     pavers on concrete patio

    John explained in detail, the timeline & how the work would be completed. The project manager Mykola, together with Constantin were diligent in overseeing the project until completion.

    Large Backyard Project Went Well

    Greg is an honest hardworking and reliable man to deal with . We were very happy with the results of this major Reno including swimming pool and a lot of stonework . Brendon, Dwayne and, Jose and were all pleasant to work with. This is important for a five day a week six week project.! They take pride in their work and were more concerned than we were about small details that needed redoing! We couldn't be happier with results . We looked at a several other properties he has worked on, and the work done looks great not only when its just done,like ours,but years later.

    Regrouting and relaying flagstone in front yard

    It was a pleasure dealing with this company, from the initial contact and assessment with its Sales Manager, Dmytro, to the work executed by the Project Manager, Mykola, and his team. They were responsive, professional, and efficient.

    Amazing designer!

    Working with Danielle was an absolute pleasure! From the very start of the project she was fun, creative and professional. She turned our backyard into a perfect oasis. We highly recommend her and AHS.

    Backyard Renovation

    I recently completed an entire backyard renovation with AHS, including a deck project, retaining walls, and an interlocking patio. My experience was exceptional, and I can't express enough positive sentiments about it. The entire process was seamless, from the engagement with the sales manager Dmytro to the creative input from the design team led by Kin and Shilin. Special thanks to our project manager, Mykola, who was consistently responsive and adept at resolving any issues promptly. I wholeheartedly recommend AHS and will be passing on their information to my friends.

    Interlocking patio, asphalt driveway

    After the project manager came in spring, we couldnt get in touch with him for a few months. When we were about to ask for a refund, Mykola showed up and it was very quick afterwards! He was sincere and very reliable, so we appreciated his efforts!
