Durastone Driveway Repair
We have used Home Stars on past occasions and was pleased recently with the referral of Action Home Services Inc. After browsing the reviews we decided to get a quote on repairing our 50 year old durastone driveway. The issue was the drainage on the incline driveway which we have had repaired twice before but it didnt hold up. We contracted AHS and decided to have the complete pavers removed and reset as the material was not an issue. The sales and project management was excellent. The sales rep Jessie was very helpful in providing alternatives for the repair of our durastone driveway which had been installed almost fifty years ago. Seventy five percent of the pavers were in very good condition, as was the base. The issue was the area near the garage which was uneven due to poor drainage and inadequate repairs done about ten years ago. The quote was reasonable as we wanted to maintain the pavers but needed additional stones to replace damaged ones. We agreed on the quote. The Project Manager, Mykola reviewed the quote but also made suggestions for alternative products. We wanted to maintain the existing pavers, not wanting them to be delivered to a land fill. Although the work took longer than expected, the work was excellent. Jay, the lead on the repair, was there every day and worked long hours as he was a perfectionist. He made recommendations for improvements which were accepted and where necessary Mykola provided quotes for the additional work. We added the installation of a railing from a lower to upper patio. Mykola provided suggested products and incorporated the installation into the job. On completion, the site was left clean. We would definitely recommend Action Home Services Inc for any outdoor repair or new installation.

Driveway and Front / Back Porch
We discovered Action Home Services at the Spring Home Show in Toronto. From the initial discussions with Sales through the entire project we had a great experience. Our project manager Mykola was attentive, helpful and very responsive to our needs and changes on the project as we decided on multiple upgrades on the fly . What started as a simple paving and front porch replacement ended up as a full stone driveway, Trex front and back porches and new front yard retaining walls. The team arrived promptly every morning and worked long days til completion. The final product was more than we had hoped for. We will call on Mykola and the AHS team for our next project and have recommended them to friends and family. Amazing experience from start to finish.

Pool patio stone
We hired AHS to replace stone over our existing concrete and they did a phenomenal job. Rinat and his crew are top class. Excellent communication, all around professionals and top notch workers. Dont think twice - these guys are the real deal. Rinat was very helpful and promptly answered all concerns and questions . Thankyou Eugene, Rinat and the team

Totally amazing Design and Installation
Rinat and the entire Action Homes Services Crew did an amazing job. From initial design to project completion Rinat (Project Manager) and entire team were spectacular. The high quality of Workmanship and customer care was sensational. The 3D Renderings were a testament to the actual outcome of the project. Taki and the install team were highly skilled and detailed. Rinat was on top of my project from start to finish. The outcome was spectacular and the compliments never ending. Thank you to the entire Action Homes Services!

Pool PM - Esteban - Anton
Renat, Esteban and crew are absolutely amazing. Dont look any further for a trustworthy and high quality company. We had our entire back yard redone with pool installed. A year later, our lights and a plug stopped working but Esteban helped get everything fixed just like new. Its nice to know theres honest people out there who stand by their work! Thank you

Outdoor Pool Shower
AHS has done it again! I have used them for a few small projects in the past and this time it is for adding an outdoor pool shower room. Mykola and his team are very good at what they do from start to finish. Project was build on time and on budget and Mykola was very attentive and detailed on what we want. Quality of work as usual is superb and they kept the area very clean after the project finished. I will definitively 100% recommend AHS for their service and their quality of work! Thank you AHS Gary

Premium/Upgraded Asphalt Driveway Sealing
Paid for the upgraded driveway sealing. This package per their website and invoice, includes crack filling up to 20 linear ft before sealing. This is a 2 coat sealing, so per the invoice, per their website, 1st day cleaning (not done), crack filling (not done), taping the boundary (done), sealing (done). 2nd day cleaning (had to remind the individual that they did not clean the day before and hence has a lot of missed spaces where sealing was applied - led to them cleaning first this time), crack filling (not done), taping the boundary (done), sealing (done). At this point I noticed that they don't care about the weather, if it's going to rain or not they will get the job done to make sure money is collected. After a week I noticed the cracks and gave them a call, they were surprised that I was calling about a warranty claim (this upgraded package comes with 2 year Warrenty on their website and invoice). I asked them about the cracks being missed, they asked for picture proof (100% valid ask), I sent them the pictures, 2 weeks no response, so I called them back and they said "yea I guess the person missed doing the crack filling, we will schedule something soon" 2 weeks no response, so I called again, and they said yes it's tomorrow and after 2 hours I received an appointment confirmation email. Person came did the filler, and 1 hour later the rain washed away the filler. It was forecasted to rain the whole day and next. This is long story, but what I realized that sealing is a side hustle they do vs their main work. They have a lot of positive reviews, but most seem to be for big jobs. I don't know I was expecting a bit more professionalism seeing such high reviews. I am not going to name the manager nor the person who did the work, but I can and I can upload the video and the invoice of the work. Just hope they do better Update: the manager spoke to me and have put his best foot forward in rectifying the experience. It is very much appreciated and shows that there is a level of care and effort to right the wrongs. I am changing my review to account for this effort to make things right. Also surprised as very few companies would do this. Thank you

Front yard project
We contacted Action Home services to renew our front yard. We completed a retaining wall, interlocking, porch, stairs, and railing and repaired our existing fence. The job was terrific. The quote was highly competitive, and the crew completed the work in the time expected. They also stayed overtime if needed. Mykola followed up with us every day and was very attentive. He provided immediate solutions in case some changes had to be made to our original plan. The crew and Mykola didn't just do their best, they went above and beyond to meet our needs. We will contact them soon to start a new project

Quality, customer service, and honesty
The work on our front stoop and rear porch and fencing exceeded our expectations. Our project manager, Anton Chan was reliable, professional, patient and always responsive to our needs. He never made us feel anxious or concerned about the projects success despite our relative inexperience with home renovations. We would recommend Anton to anyone and would work with AHS again.
