A great company from start to finish. John and his company took our ideas down and finished the project as required. John and his work crew, especially Sergei the master landscaper, were diligent and very hard workers. The project was completed on time and beautifully done. I typically don’t write reviews, but this one is deserving. John and his team were really great to work with. They were super pleasant and professional, and the quality of their work is outstanding. We will be using them again in the future!

We hired AHS to do an extensive backyard renovation after interviewing several companies for the job. From the very beginning, John was professional, reliable and a pleasure to deal with. AHS completed the project on time and exactly as promised. The quality of work was excellent, and we are very happy with the final product. Each step of the project went smoothly because of John’s resolve, commitment, and leadership. When materials were scarce or timelines had to be shifted because of delays from suppliers (all related to Covid 19), John made every effort to go out of his way and source what we needed. No matter the challenge, John’s favourite line was “It’s no problem. We’ll get it done.” And he did. Every single member of his team was professional, qualified, courteous, and on time. They all took pride in their work, and operated as a cohesive team. They worked long and hard days, regardless of the weather. We would like to acknowledge all the members of the team - Renat, Esteban, Nick, Denis, Daniel, Isidro, Yarik, Brydon, and Yulii - and thank them for all of their dedication and hard work. We have already recommended AHS to family, friends and neighbours and would not hesitate to do so again. They will be top of the list for future projects.

We recently had a fantastic experience with Action Home Services where they rebuilt our stone patios in our backyard and as well as pressure washed and sealed our driveway and walkout basement interlock. We also have a deck restaining project with them which will be completed in the spring. I will update the review upon completion of that job. There is a good reason the reviews for this company are so strong. The experience from dealing with John at the beginning to the final execution of the project was all top notch. The crew, including Renat as PM and Anton as supervisor along with the hardworking team, was a pleasure to deal with. They showed up on time every morning, worked as late as they could and were all smiles every day. I could go out and ask questions anytime and Anton would also keep me informed of any issues or clarifying questions. Another review said they only provided 24 hours notice of starting the project, which was my experience also. However, I am sympathetic to their schedules - they work on jobs back to back and they took an extra day to do an extra job I asked for while I had them here. At the end of the day, they told me the project would start in mid-November and take a week to complete, and that's exactly what happened. I'm attaching a before and after photo of the patio - it is night and day and we love the final product. They also expanded the patio and buried a downspout by extending it below the patio leading out to the garden. Also attaching a secondary smaller corner patio just to show quality of work. Will be sure to call them back for any future projects.

John and Rinat were Amazing! They were professional, knowledgeable and started and ended the project on time. We are extremely happy with how our backyard turned out - it’s paradise. We can’t wait for spring to work on the front landscaping!

Hard working crew did a great job tearing down our old deck and replacing it with a stone patio. They cleared out the old wood, prepped the patio area and laid the stone efficiently and precisely. John was quick to respond when we told him one of the steps was moving. He sent someone to fix it the next day. Very happy with the quality of the work and customer service.

That Action Home services team did a beautiful job building our backyard interlock patio and retaining walls for our gardens. The team was very flexible to changes and communicated each step of the way. I would not hesitate to use Action Home Services for future work.

I highly recommended Action Home Services. When I decided to repair my front yard and replace the staircase, I found many contractors based on reviews. AHS gave me the most timely and reasonable quote and plan. During subsequent discussions, John and their company’s staff were very patient and professional, detailing the schedule, warranty, and so on. They ended up doing an impressive job. The two workers, Dmitriy and Mateush, were super diligent and kind. They always arrived in the early morning and cleaned and tidied the work area, eventually improving the look of my front yard completely. I am highly satisfied and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality and responsible service!

I simply can't say enough good things about Action Home Services. John and team transformed our home with the new driveway, walkway, lighting, and new front lawn. I like John's no BS approach. He is full of knowledge, and provided very sound recommendations to us. He is always prompt in responding to our questions. John's crew, led by Rinat, is super professional.
