Incredible team. Professional, on time and on budget. The completed project was fantastic and exceeded our expectations.

We were looking to having a parking pad installed. This involved removing a bush, levelling the lawn and removing old concrete in the shared driveway. We got three quotes and Action Home Services was the best price. The detail of their work plan was impressive and the quality of the workmanship in designing and installing the the parking pad was of exceptional quality. They really know what they are doing and the end product we are delighted with. Can't say enough and would recommend them to anyone who asked. Honest thorough and competent.

We were searching for a landscaping company to do some interlocking restoration work for us & we were at a loss of who to call. I contacted Unilock, the manufacturer of our paving stones, to be connected with an authorized contractor & I was referred to Action Home Services. Our restoration work consisted of: repairing sinking steps, re-leveling some uneven areas, power washing, re-grouting & sealing. Dmitriy, a project manager for Action Home Services, was assigned to our project & was responsible for quoting our job & overseeing our project from start to finish. Dmitriy's expertise of hardscaping was displayed in his ability to quickly & thoroughly answer all of our questions & to explain repair processes & options. From early on, I was impressed by his professional demeanor & strong communication skills; I had a strong inkling that dealing with Action Home Services would be a hassle-free process. We also found it to be a more personalized & reassuring experience that a project manager would be assigned to communicate with us throughout the entire process & would be on-site at various stages of job completion. We were frustrated with our efforts to obtain quotes from other landscaping companies: some met with us & never provided the quote; while another company clearly lacked transparency seen by broken communication as early as the estimation process. Even though our job was a smaller scale project, Action Home Services' staff made us feel that it was an important & worthwhile project. This alone separated them from their competitors! We are truly grateful to Dmitriy & his crew member, Anthony, for all their hard work! Anthony is adept at masonry/interlocking repairs. Dmitriy's meticulous work ethic is invaluable, evidenced by his timely task completion & quick response time. We received many compliments from our neighbours, commenting on the workers’ efficiency & expertise in the hardscaping field & many are already asking for their contact information. We are very satisfied with the quality of their landscaping work; the price was competitive; project was completed on time & within budget. I would not hesitate to hire Action Home Services for future landscaping projects. I would definitely recommend Action Home Services to our friends, family members, & neighbours. Once our interlocking restoration was completed, it instantly enhanced our curb appeal!

The two man crew was great, they did precision work to remove the steps, re-level, add gravel, and re-lay the stones and finish off with sand.

Contacted three companies for quotes before staring my landscaping project. One of them as much as told me they don't get out of bed for less than $20,000; another sent a very dismissive gentleman who also pronounced nothing could be done short of $20K. Action Home Services were the only ones who took time to discuss options with me and made helpful suggestions for me to keep the project within my budget. The team were friendly, hard-working, skilled and professional. I would recommend them highly.

John and the AHS team were awesome to work with! Our project manager Renat and his crew were always on time, worked very hard and polite. They continually left a clean workspace for us to and the quality of the materials and their workmanship exceeded our expectations. During the demolition process they were able to identify a significant issue with our foundation, came up with a plan and implemented it within a day to stay on schedule. We are very happy and would recommend them for a variety of applications! Thanks Team AHS!

The project was completed as quoted and on time and within the budget. Renad was the supervisor of the project. He communicated with us frequently and was flexible with adjustments to the project. The crew, being primarily Anthony and Mike, and Alejandro at the start ,were as good as it gets. Their work was meticulous and they were very conscientious. They were very experienced and offered suggestions when required. They were extremely respectful and a pleasure to have working at our house every day for a week.

I am living at the current place for last 8+ years.. during inspection I was told to take care of the retaining wall; didn't think how much it will cost me. Last year the wood pieces started falling apart and couldn't do much other than replacing everything. I was reviewing and looking for good landscaping company to do the work. Looking at the reviews I contacted 4 different companies for quote. Two companies didn't want to take the project as it's lot of manual work. Third company provided an estimate but not a proper quote. Action Home Services without much delay scheduled time, came to look at the area and provided official quote. Even though it was lot of money, the crew did an amazing job., They were very professional, the work was very clean and the job was completed in 2 weeks. I would have given 5 star for satisfaction but reduced one star because I have to wait and see how long the retaining wall and the bridge will remain steady. Thanks for the good job!!!

We got many quotes for redoing our driveway with interlocking brick and the fence in our backyard. Action Home Services had the most detailed (in terms of installation) and reasonable quote out of all of the contractors we contacted. From our initial meeting you could really tell that John knew his stuff. He was very pleasant and patient as I asked him many questions in trying to decide which company to go with. The work started on time and John was good with communicating where we were in the queue. The work crew was here every day and worked only on our project. Renat was great to work with and he was also patient with my many questions and requests as they were working. I waited to write this review to see how the driveway and fence have weathered and they are holding up great (we had our work done in the fall of 2019). If you want quality work at a good price, Action Home Services is the way go. I would definitely hire them again for any future projects.

Very professional company. Starting with John who quoted us and oversaw the work work to Sergei and his whole crew which were great. Did entire job (Except asphalt) in 1 week working 7-7 every day. Job went as planned except for one extra natural step which wasn’t in original quote. Very honest - told me not to go ahead with a planned waterfall because cement around pool was too thin and could eventually collapse. Did not just go ahead for the extra $. Very happy with work. Would highly recommend!
