Guys from Action Home Service did awesome job on my backyard and showed high professionalism. Now it looks 1000 TIMES BETTER than it was before they come. THANK YOU Action home service for making me love this place again.

Only 550 square ft of interlock to clean by power washing it then apply polymeric sand (Use a stamping machine to make sure the sand goes all the way down and then reapply more sand) well that step was omitted ... they applied the water then they let it dry and 2 coats of sealer. Now I have areas where the sand has disappeared or it has gone down and it looks bad... who knows how it will look next year. After going back and forth emails nothing has been resolved. September 10 was my last email.. still no reply.. OK, this is what I call SERVICE, after posting this I received a call and they have apologized, they were still on the pictures but for whatever reason they never received them. So today it was fixed it looks better. Thank you for standing by your company and service.

Spoke to Kyle once on the phone and I was confident enough to hire him by that one call. We've never met and I could easily tell that he's all about customer satisfaction. That's enough for me. To sum this up Kyle gave me a fair price and work is truly amazing.

We are a historic church condo restoration in downtown Toronto. Our front interlock steps were damaged and we needed a very fast repair to maintain safe access for 20 units. Action Home Services crew came the same day we called and re-built the steps. Professional, effective, and responsive when we needed help.

Action Home Services did a great job in creating a front walkway and landscaping job for my home. The attention to detail and work ethic in completing everything in a timely manner was appreciated. Needed it done ASAP for an open house. I called in the late morning and they were there later in the day. Nice job, pre cleaned driveway, pulled out some weeds and blew it off. looks way better now. ?

Hired Action Home Services to remove our existing asphalt driveway and install paver stones. John and his crew were phenomenal from the very beginning and to the end and they made the entire process a breeze for me. John showed up on time to provide a quote that that they held to and the pricing was reasonable based on my own estimates and other quotes I received. Work started on our driveway within the time window originally agreed upon. AHS team was professional and worked hard throughout the entire removal and install process. They had the right number of guys each day to get the job done on schedule and they all seemed to have a good positive attitude. Overall I’m very happy with the results, their work and professionalism. I’ll definitely hire them for future work and I have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends.

Action Home Services have completed a project for my front yard and it came out amazing! I am highly impressed and DO recommend AHS! They replaced my old asphalt driveway,installed new one,as well as repaired side walks. All that work took only 4 days and I couldn’t be happier! Definitely calling them for my next project,and John thank you so much for being so patient and detail oriented!

I would like to highly recommend Action Home Services to anyone looking for a high-quality service! I have been going through a hard time finding the right fit,as a lot of contractors who came over for an estimate mostly did not have an idea what they were doing. Luckily for me, my neighbor recommended me AHS,saying that John (senior project manager) is the best. I was pretty skeptic about it since I had so much headache with other companies. John came over next week,have an estimate,provided list of supplies I can choose from. Needless to say,he was professional and advised me 2 main options I have for my backyard renovation. I proceeded with Action Home Services with no hesitation and now I’m a happy client willing to share the experience! My project took a week,demolition and disposal of old deck,shed and some very old stones. John and his crew built a new deck,installed new railings for my back stairs,installed new grass and shed. I am SO glad I hired this company and I strongly recommend to check them out

We have a one year old house and wanted to give the front entrance and backyard some character. John was our main contact and was very responsive throughout the process. We had received a few quotes and AHS was the best value given their high rating and reputation. The crew who worked on our house were polite, friendly, and left our yard in great shape after leaving (even put down soil and seed for areas that were damaged by the equipment). They worked for several straight days and finished the project in one go. The quality of the finished product is excellent. My wife and I were very happy with the outcome and appreciated the accomodation of some minor requests we had as the project neared completion.
