John and team has provided awesome work. From my request of a quote, to setting up the start date, to the completion of work, the team has continued to update me of progress and development. Project went on smoothly. There was a minor misunderstanding near the end up it wasn't a super big deal. Overall, I am very satisfy with the service, and the price is very reasonable.

John and his crew were great. Their price was fair and the quality excellent. The crew were very courteous, clean and tidy with their work. From start to finish -great job. Thanks you made my home look amazing -all the neighbours are stopping to admire!

Sorry, my phone doesn't allow me. My review as follows, I built my own house and have experience dealing with various subtrades. Your staff are courteous and meticulous in their job. I hired another company two years ago to do same job... but your work is so much more superior. ...good grading of slopes to drain rain water out from the house. Very clean power washing job. No hassles and all work was preformed to good satisfaction. Overall, a very good experience and would recommend your company highly.

John, Eugene and team put in a 14x14 interlocking patio and also a small patch of interlocking for under our BBQ at our new home. They did a fantastic job, very professional workers and service. Very high quality work - would absolutely recommend!

Hi guys I’d like to tell about my experience with Action Home Services and recommend it to everyone. Last week I have decided to seal my driveway, get a few estimates from different and AHS was the best matching for that. Kyle came for estimate, explained all in details, gave me a quote and put me in a schedule. A few days later the job was done, my driveway now looks awesome, no any visible cracks, stains and marks after snowplowing anymore. Thanks so much Kyle for professional and high quality job! Hired Action to do my front and back landscaping. Eugene, operations manager helped me pick all the necessary material and assisted me with any questions I had through the project. Great company, very pleased to do business with them.

Our front walkway and landing were crumbling. Action Home Services removed the old flagstone from our front walkway and demolished the old landing which was made from sand and paver stones. They then poured a new reinforced concrete walkway and landing, and covered them with granite stones. As a second job, the pavers on our driveway and the path between the driveway and our front door had sunk almost 2 inches lower than our garage. Action Home Services removed sunk paver stones, regraded the driveway and path, and relayed the pavers. They also made the path wider re-using the stones salvaged from the front landing. When he came to quote the job I was very impressed by John's abilities to understand our requirements and provide options to meet them. He described in detail the construction methods he would use, and I could tell that he knew exactly how to do a quality job. All my emails and phone calls to John were responded to within one day, and usually within two hours. When the job ran into a snag because the stone supplier did not have the stone we chose in stock, John arranged for the supplier to help us choose alternative stones. I found out after the job that the supplier had also run out of our second selection, but that instead of making us choose a third stone John sourced the missing stones using three other suppliers. The job called for re-grading the new walk to eliminate one of the steps, making the walk wheelchair accessible. John's crew not only regraded the walk but also the surrounding grass so the walk would fit in perfectly. The job started and ended in the timeframe John gave me at the time of the quotation. His crew was friendly and obviously very experienced. At the end of the job they cleaned up everything and reseeded the lawn where needed. John's initial quotation was competitive, and he was fair in dealing with the increase in price for the stones since the job was quoted using slate but the stones we finally used were granite. We have received many compliments on our new walkway. We plan to seal it in the fall and we will be using Action Home Services to do the job.

I have been the contractor for my entire house and for this project I wanted to find someone who I could rely on with good work ethics and good quality. We got about 4-5 quotes but the conduct of John from action home services is what made us choose him . His quote was a bit more but it was worth it. They have hard working people 12 hour days. The project was a week long and we had some bumps thru out, from lots of renovations experience I can say that can happen what is important is how the contractor approaches the bumps and Johns personality and how he fixed it is my reason for recommending him to everyone I know . On top of it he did some extra with no further charge . I would not hesitate hiring him again.
