They did a great job on my driveway. Very courteous and professional. Left my property in great shape - no mess. The representative was very friendly and provided me with some great information and tips. I will definitely recommend that my neighbour use them to do his side of the driveway now.

The most important fence in the world… …And thanks to Action Home Services, my very challenging fence project went smoothly despite a spate of obstruction and interference from my hostile and bullying neighbour. This fence job included the presence of two police officers, a couple of city property standards inspectors and even an official from the Province! Sadly I’ve had to accept that living next to perhaps the worst property standards violator in all to Scarborough has its challenges – and this fence was one of them. Through it all Action Home Services, and team leader Rennet (sp?), persisted with professionalism and perseverance along with attention to detail to complete the job skilfully and on time. Thank you, thank you Action Home services! This was one tough fence job!

Great guys and great service. these guys came in and broke my old deck in a matter of hours. As soon as they disposed the material all the new wood and composite arrived. they have put in the post and finished my deck in 2 days. Loved the job

We agreed right away although his price was slightly higher than other competitors. However, the project is done now and I couldn't be anymore happier. John and the boys came and conquered the pile of dirt that was our backyard for 2 years at the beginning of June. They laid down a new interlocking patio (~530 sq ft) with natural stone, and a border accented by lights, looks great!. The Job was completed in 3 days, we had some bad weather but we got through. Everything was professionally done and the place was left clean after the job. We are very happy with the service and definitely recommend Action Home Services.

I am very happy to have called Action Home Services. I had an aging interlock patio that needed repairs on numerous areas with sunken stones. It was also getting more and more difficult to keep the weeds under control so it needed power washing and sealing as well. I also had an alleyway behind the garage that badly needed re-asphalting. It was a pleasure dealing with Dmitriy right from the beginning. My call was returned promptly and he came to give an estimate on time when promised and he provided an e-mail quote very quickly. The quote was itemized for each project and the overall cost was fair for the jobs performed. Dmitriy was professional, friendly and very helpful sorting out the details of the work. Communication was outstanding throughout the process and much appreciated. I always knew what was happening and who was coming when. The work performed was of the highest caliber and was completed as close to the promised finish date as possible given the un-co-operating weather conditions. I would highly recommend this company. They provided true customer service and quality work from start to finish.
