Amazing and detailed job. I’m so happy the job took the estimated time that was given.

John and his crew are knowledgable and do great work. The guys are courteous and very easy to work with. There were some aspects of the project where we didn't see eye to eye but these were pretty easily resolved. As with anything, clear communication beforehand makes a lot of difference. John is a reasonable man and wants to do what's right. I would use them again.

We are very happy with our new backyard. Professionalism: From the initial quote to follow up questions after the work was completed, John was always available and extremely diligent at answering any question we had throughout the process (and we had a lot of questions). Project Recommendations: We are not the most decisive people, but John was able to prove recommendations on the layout and the materials of our backyard project. He took into consideration our budget, as well as how we would be using our backyard. We wanted a low maintenance space to entertain our guests, and it turned out better than we could have imagined. Workmanship: Action Home Services is a very hard working team, that takes pride in their work. This comes through in their high quality of work. Clean up: They stored their equipment in our garage during the project. After they left, they garage was just as clean as before they came. Our only complaint was that there was some mud left on our sidewalk and drive way, and even some on our neighbors drive way. Overall, we are really happy with the work done by Action Home Services and would recommend them.

We hired John for a massive job we had that consisted of brand new interlocks at the front and relay of the existing back interlocks with brand new stairs. We could not be happier with the work and our choice of contractor. Here are a few reasons why: > Professionalism: John and his team were very friendly and professional. We had to make a few adjustments/changes during the project. Usually, it is hard for contractors to make changes after the work has already started; however, with John and team, they were more than accommodating! John was always at reach and confirmed everything, if he was unsure, before proceeding. > Promptness: John and team came right on time every day and finished the job in the timeframe they had promised. > Hardworking: We had never seen such hardworking team before! They worked for more than 8-9 hours every day, nonstop!!! > Cleanliness: They were not only very clean and careful during the job, but after as well! They cleaned the place as if we never had any renovations! > Cost: The job was big but John was still able to give us a very reasonable price. Overall, we cannot thank John and his team enough. We easily hire him again and recommend him to friends and family.

John and his crew did landscaping for us a year before and we called them again to do underpinning and waterproofing for us. We are happy with workmanship and great customer service. The crew was hard working and followed all our instructions ,what was important for us . They also explained every step of the process so we are aware what is going on and to expect. Will definitely recommend them!

We couldn’t make a better decision that hiring Action Home Services,they just finished gazebo and deck at my backyard and it was surprisingly fast and not stressful.Next season I have a lot of important events,so thankfully to Action Home Services I can host some of the events at my backyard since now it looks great! 5 days,one working crew-that’s what it took to completely change my backyard.The workers were coming early in the morning and finish late evening,and not making too much noise.Customer service is their priority so working with them was a pleasure for me. Thank you John for your assistance and advises, will definitely get back to you with future projects!

Action Home Services demolished our concrete pool and concrete patio around it. Guys we're very quick and efficient. John and his team were working 12 hours every day and clean up all the mess around the house and even the street like they never even worked there. Very good experience with this company.

Our new driveway looks amazing and we really like the quality of work done. Our neighbours commented on how nice our new driveway looks as well! The downside was on the communication side. Although the company responded very quickly and professionally when providing a quote, they were not responding to our messages when we tried to delay the job by a day. The next day, they called us out of the blue and said they will do the job in the next hour - imagine our surprise and a bit of a stress. This also was not a cheap option - their price was the highest.

I had a pond to be filled; when I called, John came within a few hours to do an inspection and estimation and was able to start the project the same day. Very efficient and professional, with every step of the project he asked my viewing and upon approval he would take the next step in the task. I am very happy with him and his staff and would highly recommend him to anyone. Job well done, Bravo and thank you!
