We moved into our house about a year ago, and the dryer never worked well. It took multiple cycles to get our clothes dry, even when the dryer had nothing close to a full load in it.

Then they pulled the dryer out of the closet and found that not only was the hose crimped, it was broken and had several large holes in it. They replaced the hose with a much sturdier, fireproof one. The work was done quickly and the visit was over within an hour.
Between the cleaning and the new hose, the dryer is working much better now. I ran a load of laundry afterwards, and now it takes less than an hour to dry everything. Much better than the 2+ it took before! I would definitely recommend Dryer Vent Doctor to anyone having long drying times, and I will be contacting them in the future for regular vent cleanings.
