Great service. The technician took his time to ensure the work was completed correctly (upgraded a builder install that was not to code). Before any additional holes or cuts were being done, the technician provided us with the information as to why he was doing the work. I recommend using Dryer Vent Doctor if you are in the GTA area.

Finding the dryer vent doctor was a miracle. After several failed attempts, and incompetent service providers later - I found Vent Doctor. I contacted them on a Sunday evening, spoke with a very patient and informed representative, and set up a service call for the upcoming Tuesday. All was resolved and handled in the most professional manner possible! Fast and efficient! Technician Michael arrived precisely on time, and kept me informed every step of the way. Dryer Vent Doctor did a fantastic job. They not only cleaned out the dryer vent they also replaced the vent cap on the roof which was not originally installed to proper building code. They showed up right when they said they would and cleaned up the entire site when they were finished. Everyone should get their dryer vents serviced. I have good friends who are fire fighters and they tell me that fired can get started in the dryer vent if not properly maintained. Thanks for such a great job.

Technician was very experienced and the work was completed same day. I needed to have my dryer vent enlarged to 4" from 2" and they were able to complete it with no issues. The dryer vent needed cleaning because there was a huge build up of dust from the previous owner not cleaning the vent ever. Michael from Dryer Vent Doctor was scheduled the next day. He got everything done with no issues. Fantastic experience. Will book again when we need!
