My dryer vent was 80% blocked. I had my dryer vent cleaned and as they were cleaning it some insulation was coming out. They went into the attic and realized the builder put on the wrong dryer cap on the roof and it was not allowing any dryer lint out. It was completely blocked. In addition the vent was no longer connected to the cap. Huge fire risk! Dryer Vent Doctor cleaned the vents, next day had someone come and replace and hook up the proper cap, re-seal then re-checked everything in the attic. They walked us through everything they were doing showed pictures and explained how to ensure there are no problems in the future.

Eslam and the company are amazing. I called thm Friday evening and they had a technician there Saturday morning! Super professional and friendly. An absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I only wished all companies could be like this!! Thank you!

This is the 2nd service I have had from Dryer Vent Doctor. They followed up a year after my first service to see if I wanted another visit which, tbh, I wouldnt have remembered to book this. The tech was friendly and called when he was 30 mins out and then when he was 10 mins away as I requested. He explained what he was going to do and then did it. The service took about 25 mins.

I had booked for a dryer duct cleaning. Eslam was very professional, but most importantly very honest. He determined I didnt need the duct cleaned and just charged a small service fee. I really appreciated his honesty. Other companies would have just done the job and I wouldnt have known.

Im very satisfied with the dryer duct cleaning. The fellow, Mohammed, was polite and friendly. However, I was very surprised about the cost for a ten minute job! $300.00 seems awfully high esp. given that it was much less last year from what I remember. I will call to discuss. Heather Stephens

Ours is a very complicated ,bent venting system. THe technician showed me all the blockages and how he removed the residue.

Eslam was amazing. He came to clean debris out of our gas fireplace vent. It proved to be a complicated job and he returned twice after the initial visit to scope out the problem. He also cleaned out 2nd floor dryer vents and replaced the original (unsafe) vent and piping. He was extremely professional, prompt and efficient! Highly recommend and we will not hesitate to use them again.
