    Roper washing machine(GE). Not draining

    Extremely fast and efficiently done. I was given a next day date and the men called beforehand. They arrived at 2:00 for a 2-4 window. Covered their boots. Found the problem immediately and fixed it. Generous giarantee. Polite and knowledgeable work. It’s great to have experts on hand to do what’s needed. I have their card and would usr them again.

    Fast friendly service

    Our sub zero freezer stopped working. Called they sent somebody out next morning on a holiday with no extra charge. He fixed freezer within a half hour. Works great now we are very happy

    Fridge repair dx

    The company produced quick response services with regard to my fridge. The tech was informational and explained what he was doing After explaining that my circuit boards were not working and needed to be replaced he should not have tried to get me to do a maintenance service on the fridge and then proceed to tell me that it might work after, no guarantees All and all satisfied and hoping I can move forward with the repair

    Woodbridge

    I called rhe night before they booked me in the morning and came when they said to repair my washing machine my technician was very patient with what was going on and even thow he tightened a few thinks and tweeked the balance everything was good and hopefully wont need a part for it but if i do they will come back and fix it..very satisfied..thank you

    Dishwasher repair

    Dishwasher shut off part way through its washcycle. Called Express Repair and they had a serviceman on site in about 2 hours. The washer was pulled out and a wire was found not making contact in the power box. The wire was stripped and properly inserted. Dishwasher worked fine. Was told the bill would be reduced by $45. with a 10% senior discount and some other discount. Asked repairman if they took Visa for payment and they said “yes”. I could not believe it when they gave me my final bill and had charged 3% as a Convenience payment via Visa.

    WORST

    Charged me without showing up!! I fixed the problem myself and when I called to cancel the visit I apparently violated their 3 hour minimum cancellation policy (i called 1.5 hours prior to because they were closed!!!) They even threatened to call collections on me if i did not pay. The most atrocious customer service I have ever experienced. AVOID!

    Washer repair

    While I was initially impressed with promptness of the company, that feeling quickly gave way to dismay and anger. My washer was ‘serviced’ but with my very first load of laundry only 3 days later, it began to leak (on the opposite side of the initial problem) and the drum did not turn. Repeated calls to the manager were not returned (constantly ‘in a meeting’). I would definitely NOT recommend this company to anyone! BEWARE!!!

    Repaired washer a whirlpool

    I called and told the receptionist of my problem with my machine me . She was very professional in her response. She then wanted to book me for a repair day with the time included. The repair ma called me to let me know he was running late but would be coming . He gave me options and repaired my washer . He also worked with me to get payment in a few days ., and I paid him when I said I would . Very good service and will recommend to anyone who needs service in the future ., thank you

    Dryer Repair

    Home was sold. Dryer stopped working. Express Repair came, diagnosed the problem techician had the parts and fixed dryer. They also gave a discount. Happy with service. I would use Express Repair again.

    Refrigerator repair

    I called Express Appliance and they were quick, timely and efficient. Very skilled and knowledgeable servicemen. Highly recommend Express Appliance Repair!!
