My dishwasher not work today, they came not repair and asked for more big money deposit for ordering parts, do not call them, you will lost all

The call and service started off great. Service was prompt and on schedule. Unfortunately that's were it ends. The service call was $99 plus a $25 credit. Total invoice paid was $300 and nothing was repaired. Tech quoted another $ 600 for parts and additional $ 275 to install the broken parts. Beware of this company .

At 2024 July first week, I required Express Repair to replace my old dishwasher with a new and suitable dishwasher, Express Repair's inspector came to my home to watch the site and suggested a new dishwasher but with a wrong size. When Express Repair's installation team installed the new dishwasher, I found it could not be located in the original position, and the dishwasher body still had 7 cm outside of the original location under the cupboard. When I required Express Repair to correct the installation or change to another maker's product, the Express Repair's customer service gave me an irrelevant answer to avoid my request. During the installation, Express Repair's team always talked Russian among themselves and with their office, so I did not understand their discussion. Later on I continued to require Express Repair to correct and fulfill the installation until 2024 September first week, I was finally told that this service had already been in 3 months, and their service expired, though only 2 months passed. I felt very disappointed to the service and concluded that Express Repair is a bad company.

Do Not Use Company! They will NOT fix anything just take your money! Made me feel uncomfortable in my own house!!! He asked to use my microwave to heat up his lunch and use my bathroom while he barely looked at my fridge, then quick to try and charge me!! Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Do Not Recommend!!!

I have had repairman out three times and still do not have dish washer working properly detector motor main mortar changed is this what you do to costomers or what 700 dollars paid and at this point we should have just bought a new dishwasher but we were taken by the express repair and now it goes to voice mail a service that states open 7days a week service from 7am to 10 pm but recording leave a message take the money and run I will report this company we are seniors that was a lot of money for us and machine only 4 years old

I bought a second hand washing machine from this company. I then had to pay an appliance repair guy to replace the whole electronic board costing $535. I would not use this company.

I booked a service call because my LG fridge was not cooling anymore. I specifically told the agent on the phone that I had an LG and what the problem was. The first thing the repair man told me when arriving at my home was that they can barely fix any LG problems when its not cooling because its often the compressor and they cant fix that. Why I am paying $100 for a service call when they cant fix the problem and knew in advance they can't fix a lot of LG issues???? Plus - I learned afterwards that LG has a ten year warranty with fixed repair costs. Express repair NEVER mentioned that element and recommended another company that was going to charge over $2000 for the repair instead of telling me about the LG warranty. Extremely dishonest company - they just want to get as much money as they can without actually fixing anything.

TL;DR Do not hire these guys, terrible workmanship, damaged my fridge more and am now dealing with a massive water leak in my basement. Called them about water not dispensing properly - they came quick and took forever to diagnose the problem. Didn't know if it was a plumbing issue until the technician made several calls. He then diagnosed it was a water valve problem and ordered the part and said he will come to fix the issue when the part arrives. Same day he also requests $400 dollar deposit and also requesting a second individual to come help with the job totaling over $850 after tax. First off - built in fridges can be maintained and repaired without removal of the full unit. They raised the fridge legs and threaded out/damaged one of the legs in the process. Decided to "move" the fridge anyway with a leg still on the ground damaging my hard wood floor around the fridge. Also half the fridge was tilted forward in the process damaging the cabinet walls it was built in. Valve replaced - water dispenses water properly however they never checked the filter module they damaged a 3 way tube in the process and a lot of the water is leaking behind the fridge. Fast forward 6 hours I suddenly hear a huge gushing sound in the basement. Called them over the last 10 days no response - manager calls back saying they'll fix the problem (haven't fixed the problem by the way) will be looking to resolve this issue with a settlement in court or privately. Used a different contractor to finish the job was quoted $300 dollars by the way. Beware of this company absolutely incompetent.

Why is their Google review so high? I have been without a fridge for 3 weeks and tried to cancel a part I can get on Amazon in 4 days. They are trying to charge me a restocking fee. NEVER AGAIN WILL I CALL THEM
