We called to have our washing machine repaired. The service call was prompt but the service was deplorable. They charged for the service call even though repairs were completed by them. The cost of the part was marked up by 400% and it took them more than a week to repair. DO NOT USE EXPRESS REPAIR. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ARE BRUTAL AND DEPLORABLE.

he technician came to repair my fridge's ice-maker. Told me the main controller board was faulty. Paid and replaced it and still no ice. The technician came back, took the new part away, replaced the old part, and said he can't fix it, and that I will get a refund. It has been 7 weeks of calling daily and still no refund. Absolutely horrible customer experience, unprofessional and unresponsive. Submitted official complaint.

I wish I had researched this horrible company better before hiring them to fix a broken fridge. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their business practices are clearly fraudulent and unethical. If they can't fix the issue, they will never refund you the %50 deposit you paid to order the parts. They also require you to sign an electronic invoice, but, as it turns out, they can alter that very same invoice in any way they desire after you've signed it. In my case, they've added an extra charge to it. Luckily, I had a copy of the original invoice, but when I talked to the manager, she wasn't interested to even consider it and kept saying the charge had always been on the invoice. Don't be their next victim.

We were charged $266 for 10 minutes of work wherein my husband had to do 50% of the labour since there was only one technician. When the technician shared the exorbitant amount, Debbie (I would be surprised if she gave me her real name) was the person we spoke to on the phone and she was extremely abrasive and was making up rules and numbers on the spot. Do yourselves a favour and stay clear from this business - they have no regard for customer satisfaction and will take you for a ride with their opaque pricing

BIG Grifter, Stay Away. They sent a technician to check my washing machine that was basically working/washing but was not draining, the technician came spent 20-30mins checking the machine only to find out that the machine is no longer working/turning on after he did what he did on it. All call this company if you want things complicated Stay Away from them.

Our fridge stopped working and we had to have the control board replaced. The technician that came had the control board in stock and replaced it. Since replacing the control board the ice maker now overfills the ice tray with water flooding the freezer. When I called back to let them know about this issue they told me I was already outside the 30 day warranty window and it would be another service call ($400). The agent on the phone showed little sympathy or care for my issue or to try to rectify the issue. Avoid this company. Read all the other negative reviews others are posting.

They wanted $100 for a $20-30 flex hose and elbow connector. Huge markup for such an easy product to purchase at any hardware store.

I had an issue with my Fridge, they came but did not fix and told me to order a part. I ordered and paid in advance, the part never arrived and they didn't give me a refund for it.

The repairman ca came to clean my parents dishwasher. He was here for maybe 20 minutes using a shop vac to shop vac out the drain line. Literally the second thing in the actual owner's manual is to check the check drain return as you can see I've included a picture where it was blocked. It took me all about 4 minutes to figure out the problem. It's a very simple and straightforward solution. As a dishwasher repair person he should have immediately known that this would be the next place to check after the actual screens. I'm super duper annoyed with this company and how they took advantage of my elderly parents. It's disgusting.

Our freezer was making ice non-stop and it was overflowing. We could not get the sensor arm back in ourselves. Michael Z was dispatched and he called me within an hour to say he was 20 minutes away. He had to take the freezer door off and pull out all the drawers to fix the ice maker. It did not require any new parts based on his initial assessment. He said I had a 10 day warranty. He was finished in about 30 mins. He wore a provided face mask willingly and covered his shoes. Although he did make it clear face masks were not his preference. I appreciated that he showed me how to change the water filter in the fridge and was willing to work quietly while my baby napped upstairs. He communicated well and appeared to know the issue quite quickly.
