DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!

Been without a fridge for over 4 months ... every time we called them they kept saying ... waiting for parts to come in or just no return call back. Finally they have come back saying it can not be fixed .... whoever decides to use this company DO NOT GIVE THEM A DEPOSIT FOR ANYTHING. Yes pay for the tech service call but that is it. They kept saying to me that they needed to order this part / that part and I needed to leave them a deposit for the parts. Now trying to get money back from them is impossible. Was told by the tech. Would receive a full refund .. if they did not fix it... minus of course the tech service fee for coming to the house. Now they are claiming that there is a 30% stock recharge fee that will need to be deducted for them returning the parts that were wrong to start off with. They even took my fridge away to the shop to try and fix. As the tech told me that they have very experienced tech's at the shop and that they would be able to solve the problem.... Still fighting with them for the refund .... SO IF YOU HAPPENING TO BE USING THEM ALREADY .. HOPE YOU DID NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY YET. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

DO. NOT. CALL. THIS. COMPANY !!!

Please do not call this company! I paid $332 for one of their technicians to put black tape around a water tube. It did not fix the problem. Staff was rude and unprofessional. I will need a partial refund.

    Purchased Washer & Drier Combo

I purchased a stacking washer and drier at the beginning of April 2023. The unit didn't work and would not dry clothes. It has been replaced 3 times. Their technicians were out to see the unit and installed new parts. Their technicians told us that they always have problems with these older units. Unfortunately, the problem was never solved. After the third replacement, they promised that they would refund our money. I spoke with the owner,Igor Imas, on June 12 - Igor promised that we would receive a refund once the nonworking unit was picked up. It has been over a month now and we are not getting any feedback about our refund. They are not returning our calls.

    The absolute worst. Stay away.

Didn't complete the freezer repair but still charged us. I chased them via phone and email for over a month to either get a technician back, process or refund or do ANYTHING to help us get the freezer fixed. They just kept delaying and claiming a manager would call me (who never did). Stay away from them. They're awful.

Run away. Save yourself the hassle and money.

HORRIBLE SERVICE RUN AWAY! Do not be fooled by this company. They will come to your house and pretend to fix your appliance while leaving you with something that doesnt work, not honouring their refund or repair policy and then ignore you all together. I had expressed repair come to my house to assess and fix an oven that is only a couple years old. Upon their assessment, they told us that the motherboard (most expensive part) needed to be replaced. We ordered the part and had them replace it and within a couple days our digital screen (which we have never had an issue you before the took our entire oven apart) stopped working and we could no longer could use our oven. We called them back to fix the issue and they told us that we needed to replace the entire screen and associated parts. This was very disheartening as we were assured that the motherboard replacement would fix any issues with the oven. Not to mention they have a refund/ repair policy for if something does not work that they would not honour (clearly something was installed wrong or we were provided a faulty part). I then asked to speak with a manager to discuss our options and was told I would hear back the next day, and this did not happen. I then called them at least four separate times trying to get the manager Michelle on the phone but every time she just so happen to be in a meeting and they would give me another time to call back and when I would do that she would be out of office after leaving several messages and calling numerous times I was finally able to get Michelle on the phone. She then assured me that we would find a solution, and that she had to look into the file and get back to me which yet again she did not do. Ive since reached out several more times sent emails and was never contacted. By this time, the 30 day period for a refund had passed and I felt like I was being taken advantage of. I was very clear that I was willing to pay for what was done and was not even trying to get a full refund but get my oven fixed. I also told them that I did not want to take any further action such as writing a bad review or going to my credit card company to get the payment withdrawn which I have now had to do. The fact that they did not fix my appliance is one thing, then, to not be willing to speak with a paying customer is another, and then, to not care about a bad review, speaks volumes to this companys intentions towards their customers. I hope no one else goes through this experience as when I dug online deeper through other sources (just check trust pilot) there are countless stories just like mine with this unethical company. I am currently out around $900 and have spent countless time trying to deal with this issue. Save yourself the hassle and find another company.

    Worst Appliance Repair In Toronto

DO NOT USE EXPRESS APPLIANCE REPAIR! WORST APPLIANCE REPAIR IN TORONTO! We just moved into our first home and the Miele dishwasher was showing an F12 error code. Looking online told us this was a drainage issue, and as it was the first few days of us moving in and there is a time pressure to get things reported and fixed as part of the closing process, we booked a repair with Express Appliance Repair. The repairman turned up (Igor I believe his name was?) had a look at the machine and said "give me a few minutes" so I went back upstairs. He called for me and I went back down and he said something about he's going to try and fix it now and if he can't he'll have to order a part in, but that it will be $310 to do the repair. Assuming that there was something actually wrong with the machine, we agreed and he said once again, give me a few minutes so we went upstairs. Not three minutes later he calls and says all done. Sure enough, we come down and the machine is working. We tried to ask what was wrong with the machine but he was very vague and didn't want to tell us. We paid the very high fee including a 2.4% credit card surcharge (just on a Visa, not even AMEX) and he left. That evening, the old owner came by to walk us through the property and we told him about the dishwasher and he said they had turned off the water supply to the dishwasher while the house was vacant and that all the repairman had done was turn the water back on. Any decent repair person would have owned up to that being the problem and would have told us he didn't actually repair anything and should have charged us just the call out fee. Realising this overcharge, we spent 45 minutes on the phone being passed around from person to person with Express Appliance Repair until finally getting through to the infamous Michelle, who you can see is the person who responds to some of the other complaints on Google. After much back and forth, she finally agreed to refund us the $99 service fee and as we didn't think we could get any more out of them we agreed. A week went by and NO REFUND. This company is a complete sham, is based out of Florida so you know what kind of people they are. DO NOT USE. WORST APPLIANCE REPAIR IN TORONTO.

    No parts in Canada

The tech came within a few hours of calling, but couldnt get parts for our 9 year-old GE Monogram oven through his Canadian supplier list. He did provide me the required p/n and identified that it was available on Amazon with a 2-3 week lead time. I found several websites in Canada to obtain the part within 2-3 weeks, as the required circuit board comes from GE in the USA. The Express Appliance office wouldnt order from any of them, and wouldnt extend the 7 day limit to complete the repair without a second $99.95 service fee. When the parts arrive, I will either install it install myself or find another company.

    Installing a dishwasher

I purchased a dishwasher from this company last year, it was used but it was supposedly like new, tested and worked perfectly. I then had them deliver and install it in my condo, the installer said it was missing the correct hose so they had to order it from GE. Almost two months later and 20 calls to the company, the owner (that ignores calls after he makes a sale) and to the installer, my part was received and then installed for 100.00. But not installed properly! He had connected two hoses together which caused major leak in the unit which created mould throughout the year and damaged two other unirs below. Long story short, over 25k damage because they use unlicensed installers and sell garbage used appliances. When I called customer service to ask if there was anything they can do they offered 10 percent discount on another used appliance, then when I asked to talk to owner so they could simply send someone to take a look at it the lady hung up on me. Also note, the dishwasher was barely used as my tenant, one girl used it only a few times and was away a lot. Then when I called back the customer service hung up on me. Rude unprofessional company.
