Worst possible service! Microwave is with them since April 2021. No timeline, as to when will they repair and return it. Very frustrated with their lack of followup and response. Very Expensive too and nothing to show for.

About 7 weeks ago my handle from washing machine broke and I could not open the front door. I call the company named express repair service and after few days technician came and diagnosed the problem: handle is broken . Paid in advance 175 $ for 15 min . The part is cost about 8 cad $ but is come from US . After 7 weeks and many phone calls finally arrived the part and the technician installed ( 15 min ) and pay the balance to 330 $ . Not trust anymore this company, my review is zero for this company.

The repair man was wonderful and tried his best to fix my washing machine. Unfortunately he couldn’t fix it and wanted to refund me half the deposit. He issued me an electronic receipt but the office never refunded me the money. They refused to let me speak to accounting when I called, told me multiple times the refund was processed and it’s been over a month and no money has been refunded to me. I would definitely advise you do not use their services.

My washing machine was stopping mid-cycle. I contacted Express Appliance Repair and given that claim to be the best repair service in Canada I made the decision to contact them. The repair person came and was in the house no more than 15 minutes. The issue was small items trapped in the filter. He opened the filter removed the items and left. The total charge for his work was $320.00 including a $25 special deduction for contacting them online. I contacted the company and they agreed to refund $50 as a courtesy after 7 phone calls to the manager who seemed reluctant to take my calls. I am all for supporting local business but this charge for such a simple procedure (I should have know how to do that but I couldn't find the manual) seems unreasonable. I would not recommend this company.

My front loading washing machine was leaking water. Express repair was the only company that had the door bellows boot gasket in stock. Chris arrived on time to do the repair. He was courteous, and diligent. Thank you Chris for a great job.

Professionalism and efficiency were exceptional. I needed a repair done quickly and I was answered quickly it gave me peace of mind. Stress was taken away. I would recommend Express Appliance to anyone.

This is the worst company that I have ever experienced working with in my entire life. They charged me 103 dollars on my visa for a serve charge that should of been 80 dollars even though they didn't do any work at all!!! This was March 9th. Then I got a phone Calle from NRC collections saying that they sent me to collections for a bill of 206. I have no idea what this bill was even for! When I called express repair they claimed to have came to my house on April 23rd for a service charge again I laughed and said we were away and she said oh sorry the 21st. When they didn't come back at all!!!! They are completely fraud and sent me to collections over work that was never even done! Never even stepping foot on my property! Do not trust these people at all!!!!!

Technician visited home and quoted for the repair. he checked for the part needed and told me it is available in one place in Toronto. So next day I called to confirm repair they wanted half the money to order the part. it is 11 days now and still waiting for my washer to be repaired. When I call they say it is a special part and company is manufacturing so takes time. then why the technician Vlad (name) told me it is available? I would never trust this company. still waiting to get my repair done after paying $400.

Our dishwasher was leaking so we called to have it repaired. A valve was ordered and replaced. It appeared to work for a while and literally 4 days after the 30 day warranty the dishwasher was leaking again. When I called to see what options were available I was told it would be a new service call for someone to come look at it again and they could not provide any certainty over what kind of discount could be provided for an additional repair. I already paid almost $400 for the repair including $300 for labour and I cannot afford to pour more money into a machine that maybe should have just been replaced instead. Yet I was told by the technician that the machine had another 10 years left to go but how do I know if the replaced valve was actually needed or that the real problem was never fixed or that this machine was never worth repairing in the first place. PLEASE BE AWARE of all these companies offering repairs as many of them especially this one only offer a 30 warranty on the parts and labour which is a very short time to ensure the actual issue was fixed. Given that they are a repair company they will always persuade you to repair rather than replace the machine. Now I'm out $400 and with a little more I could have gotten a new dishwasher. Instead I'm stuck with one that leaks and $400 down the drain! Very disappointed with the service as there is no concern or regard to view this situation from the customer perspective. If I had been advised that I should get a new machine or that any repairs wouldn't last more than 30 days I would have been more than happy to just pay the initial service fee and go on with my life. I will never use this service again or one like it, instead I will rely on the original warranty or replace the machine if it's aging. Just not worth it and deeply disappointed.

Worst experience ever. On the call i clearly asked "IS THE FIRST VISIT TO ASSESS THE PROBLEM?" and they said "YEAH WE USUALLY FIX IT AT THE FIRST TIME WE COME OUT WE DO CARRY COMMON PARTS WITH US, IF ITS A PART THAT WE DONT HAVE WE CAN OBTAIN IT VERY QUICKLY" Now when I said this they say they don’t speak in punctuation!!! the guy comes and tells we have the part in inventory i can come and fix it for 200 and 155 for parts. LOOOL. I spend 100 dollars for a guy to tell me repair cost is $355. Worst experience ever! I wish I read all the reviews before I call them.
