We noticed wasps going in and out of the bricks of our home in our backyard, so we called North Star and Shakeel explained that they were yellowjackets. He had a lot of knowledge and was very friendly on the phone. He offered to come the next day to dust/spray for the wasps. He was very thorough and we saw no more activity after he left. A few weeks later we had another location at the front of our house where we had the same issue, and he was able to come out the same day to dust/spray the new location. He even offered some tips of potential spots we can close up to minimize opportunities for others to return. I am glad we have someone reliable with fair pricing who we can call for these types of issues!

I had an issue with a birds nest in my upstairs bathroom vent. After a frustrating experience with another pest control company who said they didnt have an extension ladder tall enough to reach my top bathroom vent I called North Star Pest Control in Bradford. Shaquille arrived the following day and removed the nest. He also replaced 3 of my broken vent covers and went above and beyond by covering them with wire for further protection. Shakeel was extremely professional and informative on how to rectify this issue. Highly recommend this company and especially Shakeel.

Heard scratching noises in the ceiling, called NorthStar and they came the same day. Very knowledgeable, friendly and super efficient, would definitely call them back for any pest control issues.

Had an issue with carpenter bees attacking our outdoor wood dining table. I called Shaq on July 1st and even though it was Canada Day and a holiday - he arrived at our home within a couple of hours which was greatly appreciated. He quickly diagnosed the problem and dealt with it very professionally. This is the second or third time we've used Shaq and his company. We are loyal customers and he is the only one I'll call. Prior to using Shaq a few years ago we dealt with one of the bigger companies in the industry and they were useless. Shaq is always professional, punctual, and his fees are extremely fair. North Star Pest Control was very helpful with removing a red squirrel and some birds from our walls. They found and fixed all of the potential access points, and humanely removed the critters. Bonus: the work is guaranteed for three years.

I made a call to Shaquille, had an appointment and he did not fail. He diagnosed and resolved the issue, DID NOT COLLECT a dime at this stage and said he will do so only after one week when he comes to seal the apertures. Everything was as planned and I am glad to announce these pests have been eradicated
