I would highly recommend them over and over. They've helped me more than once and are always fair and courteous.

Arrived at my house on time, communicated what they were going to do and why, then proceeded to do their thing (eliminated hornet nest from our garage). Their solution worked, no more wasps. 5/5. Hope to never need their services again, but would definitely contact them for any future needs.

We had a problem with rats that had got into our basement and the basement ceiling. I contacted North Star and Shakeel came out the same day. He was incredibly calm and dealt with the rats quickly and completely, as well as working out where they had come into the house so that we could stop them from coming back. He then came back two weeks later to check that they were gone. I would call him again for any pest problem!

Really glad to have Shakeel inspect my home and rental units. He was so easy going and took real care and time to educate me on the preventive measures he put in place. He inspected the exterior building as well and made recommendations on where I could take proactive preventative measures. Shakeel went really above and beyond and his rate was extremely reasonable. Doing renovations in the home, we ended up finding that there were ants living in our water damaged bay window frame. We called North Star Pest Control and they were happy to come out and deal with the issue the same day. They were very professional in explaining what they were doing and why, as well as pointing out areas they felt the ants were entering the home from. After we replaced the bay window frame, we did see a small amount of ants still moving around from the window, and they came back and re-sprayed under warranty. Very happy with the work, very professional and all around nice people.

This is the second time I have used Northstar pest control. Always professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Give you an education while they work. Happy with the service.
