When I discovered racoons loved my garden as their latrines, I had absolutely no hesitation calling Shakeel who responded promptly. Shakeel had made such a good impression when I called him 2 years prior for a rodent issue which he solved... after using 2 other expensive companies to no avail. We heard scratching in our bedroom walls and called Northstar. They contacted us right away and quickly determined we had a squirrel problem. They found the plastic vents on the roof that the squirrel chewed through and dealt with the issue quickly. Very thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. Highly recommended.

Shakeel did an amazing job removing a bird nest on the second floor in a dryer vent. After removing the nest, he made sure to prevent them from coming back to nest there again. He also closed and fixed my soffits where birds were getting into. He works with a lot of professionalism and hes great to deal with, he was very fair with the price also. Thanks.

Great communication and fast support from North Star. They really helped us out of a jam the day were to fly out of the country for 2 weeks. Woke up to a poor little baby squirrel trapped in our fireplace and North Star not only released the animal outside but also put mesh on our chimney to stop it from happening again. It was pricey but understandable given it was last minute. Highly recommend!

North Star Pest Control assisted us with removing squirrels that entered our attic through a roof vent. Shakeel was very knowledgeable and was able to advise us through the removal process and ways to prevent future incidents.
