A vent cover from our roof came off due to what we now suspect are raccoons. We called North Star and spoke with Shakeel who explained the possible options and rates. He was punctual, checked in the attic for evidence of animals, checked the roof and provided options. He explained what he was going to do and explained the warranty the company offers. We opted to get all our vents covered as preventative maintenance and for peace of mind. I would definitely recommend Shakeel and North Star to anyone needing their services.

Saj and Bashir are both great! They've both helped me out a ton and they've been consistently fast, efficient, and at a great price! I've had a bird stuck in a bathroom vent, and also had a wasp problem that were both quickly resolved.

Spoke to several companies and Shakeel stood out by far as the smartest and most empathetic. He was also the only person not to use scare tactics and actually talk me out of additional services I did not need which I obviously appreciated. When he arrived to set up the bait stations for mice he was so patient in explaining everything and also went through the entire house inside and out trying to understand where the problem is coming from. Not only was he a great help managing our pests, he was just a great all around guy and it was a pleasure to have him over to help us

North Star was professional and efficient. The technician told us to monitor as it was not uncommon for wasps to rebuild after a removal and indeed they did. The technician promptly returned to nip the new nest in the bud. Great communication and service!
