Woke up at night to raccoon noise in the first floor ceiling. Turned out raccoon had entered the small space between the soffit and foyer's ceiling, from a cavity in upper level of the garage and had given birth to few babies. Contacted North Star. Saj quickly confirmed the problem asking specific questions and described the process. He showed on time and created a one way scape route for the raccoon mother and asked us to confirm once the mother has left. We did as agreed and Basheer came to rescue the babies. It was a tough job due to the location and very tiny access but Basheer was completely up to the job. He removed 5 babies and I was delighted that he cared about the well being of baby raccoons by staying around some time so the mother could come and pick them up. But the mother didn't show up so he provided me with the instruction for protection of the babies. They were attended to by the Raccoon mother the same night and hopefully found a new home. North Star services were professional and with great quality. I'll recommend them to anybody who may have pest control issues and will use them again.

Shaqeel swiftly came by and put down some poison and bait stations to prevent any mice encounters. He provided helpful tips and information to keep them away. Very nice person and super knowledgeable. We've found our permanent pest control company. Thank you!

When we thought we had raccoons, Shakeel showed up swiftly (within 24 hours) to troubleshoot. He listened to the sounds on our walls (pigeons, it turn out!), found our where the birds were entering (an old vent), got them out and covered up the vent with a cage, all in under an hour. Very effective. Very affordable. Very good service.

I have a family of raccoons that always comes back every year and just seems to grow. This winter with the warm weather, I was fed up cleaning up the overturned garbages. I called this company and they were so gentle and managed to capture the whole family within a couple days. Its not been 3 months and garbages are still standing upright. THANKS!

I called North Star Pest Control because we had raccoons in our attic and thought they had babies. The first visit with Shakeel, he explained everything and thoroughly checked the roof. He placed a door that the raccoon could leave and not return. However, because we thought there may be babies, he created a hole on the side for the mother to remove the babies hoping she would move them on her own. Shakeel did a through inspection of the attic. He returned to the house twice and completed the final repair. Shakeel was timely, knowledgeable and did a great job. I would highly recommend!

Shakeel was fantastic! Easy to communicate with and very detailed in his assessment of the problem and how we could deal with it.

Shakeel is an amazing guy. He found the problem with the our destroyed outside vent right away. Which the neighbourhood squirrels used to enter our vent. Fixed the problem right away and replace all my old vent covers with better quality materials. Will definitely recommend him to anyone that needs pest control on their property.

I will highly recommend North Star Pest Control. Shekel was extremely knowledgeable and professional with his service. I had squirrel that came inside through kitchen vent. Installed a trap for squirrel to get out and came back few weeks to seal vent.
