Homestar is greate place where I found North Star Pest Control. I have used them before but this time I was in big trouble again. I had wasp nest inside my garage. I was unable to use my garage for last two days. I called North Star Pest Control and told them the whole situation. They priorotized my request and where here within one hour. They took care of this issue and romoved the wasp nest within half an hour. They are greate people who understand customer concern and resolve them on timely manner. Hornets had built quite a sizeable hive in a tree in our front yard. We have an active toddler at home who plays quite a bit in the front yard and we were concerned having the hornets close by. I found North Star Pest Control on HomeStars and noted they had glowing reviews. I spoke with Sajjy and the experience from start to finish was positive. Sajjy is personable and took the time to patiently answer my numerous questions. We were able to schedule a time and even though I wasn't home, Sajjy came by to do the work and we connected afterwards to handle payment. North Start Pest Control has my highest recommendation and will be the first number I call to handle any pest control issues in the future.

When a raccoon poked its head out of our unused chimney, just a few weeks before we were to have it torn down, it was clear that we needed to ensure that there were no raccoons living there when the masons arrived. This 140-year-old chimney was fragile (which is why it is being taken down), so anyone working on the structure needed to be careful. Shakeel was super organized, he arrived on time, was thorough in his inspection and effective at installing a one-way door on the flue. He returned a week later to cap the flue - so everything was ready for the masons. We were very impressed with Shakeel's work, his organization and his pleasant manner.

Pigeons had set up their nest between the homes and were making a mess around the home while being quite noisy in the early morning hours. Shakeel was very professional, true to his estimate, did the work beyond my expectations and guarantees the work for 3years. I want to also mention that all other companies looked at our issue and said the work would end up being very complicated and costly, their estimates were much more than what we paid NSPC. Bashir is a real pro. He scheduled our wasp removal very early in the morning at 6:30 am to trap and spray all the wasps inside. He came on time prepared and finished the job within 1 hr. He removed the hive and cleaned up the effected area from the top of the roof as the hive was not easy to access from the front due to a decorative roof on the 1st floor. He sprayed th site with special poison powder to make it difficult for the ones outside to return and make another hive. He gave clear instructions how to prevent them from returning and building another nest and has given a 6 month free service warranty to remove a recurring hive if they come back. I have used his excellent service two times for effectively resolve a serious raccoon problem and without any hesitation highly recommend his services.
