North Star was very responsive when we called them to help us with pests in our attic. They immediately found the where the pests were getting in and blocked any further entry. They were excellent with follow up to ensure the pests had not created any further entry points. They charged exactly what they had estimated. Overall they were very professional. A very professional team. They safely remved a family of racoons from our backyard. The team offered to help clear up the mess left by the raccoons (helped dismantle the box/bin that they were living in). They did not have to help us clean up but went the extra mile to do so. Extremely professional and courteous.

I highly recommend using North Star pest control for their excellent service! Professionally inspected the house and all possible mice entrances. He blocked all areas and gave future maintenance tips as well. I'm pleased to say that the first treatment worked and no other mice or evidence of their presence was found. We noticed large bees around our cedar deck. Upon further inspection we saw numerous holes that the bees made to nest. North Star responded immediately to arrange a time to come over. The service, was prompt, professional and also involved recommendations to address it from happening again. We would call them again for any pest issues.

I had a wasp nest above my master bedroom in the attic. I saw wasp entering between the brick and the roof. There wasn't too many, but its something I wanted to deal with since it's still relatively early in the wasp-season (mid May). I found North Star via homestars. I worked with Shakeel (the gentlemen from Bradford). I called on Sunday evening, & they arrived Tuesday (Monday was thunderstorms). They showed me the nests that were removed (5 or 6 in total). I saw them spray the entrances & nearby possible entrances. Very happy with the honesty, no surprise, friendly & professional service.

Shakeel was absolutely amazing, helping me to identify the cause of a nasty odour issue. Charged me for what he quoted and spent the time to walk me through my options for raccoon removal... also gave me a deodorizer for free as well. I will call him back to deal with the raccoon under my deck now. Thanks Shakeel! I called Shakeel again to help remove the raccoon that lived under our deck and seal all perimeter. As usual, completed the job on time and as expected. I would recommend him to anyone who has issues with wild life. Thanks Shakeel!

We had a huge paper wasp nest in the peak of our roof. Called North Star as they had very high ratings on HomeStars. They live up to their rating. The gentleman was professional, polite and provided prompt and excellent service. Would highly recommend North Star Pest Control.
