    Mouse control

    Mouse problem

    After unhelpful visits from 2 other pest control companies, I called North Star (after referrals from 2 friends) and Shakil came and was very helpful. We decided some time later that the problem was mice (not squirrel(s) and took steps to solve the problem. Problem appears to be resolved.

    Fast and efficient wildlife control!

    I am very happy with the immediate response received to fix the problem of squirrels getting into our roof space! The roof was inspected and the necessary cage/trap was set up immediately and then a few days later was removed and the roof repaired. Excellent service!

    Arrived in ONE HOUR

    I am so thankful for the instant response from this company. Aside from being extremely honest with providing extensive pictures of the damage, the work was performed on the spot. In future, they are the only company I will be calling should I again have need of the services they offer. Thank you for braving the weather to protect my house.

    Raccoon removal from the attic

    I called North Star late in the night after I heard footsteps and scratching from critters in the attic. Shakeel responded promptly and arrived in front of my house shortly after 6am. It was a freezing November morning. He quickly climbed on to the roof and noticed that the cover of one of the plastic vents was removed. He took pictures, answered my questions and explained the next steps very professionally. He installed a one-way door on top of the open vent and advised that that the raccoon will exit the attic using that door. Sajeel, another employee of the firm, came at a later time to check the door and for signs of raccoon activity. A few days later, the noises had stopped and the raccoon was gone. Shakeel and Sajeel solved many different pest issues that I have had over the past 6 years (squirrels, hornet nests, raccoons) and each time they have done an excellent job. Thank you!

    Squirrel removal

    Shakeel was very professional and did a great job setting up and enclosing the trap to prevent / remove the squirrel attempting to nest in the attic. I was very happy with his service, the process and expertise. He was also prompt for the 2 visits scheduled and returned all calls. I will certainly recommend him to anyone who has uninvited guest in their attic. Thanks again Shakeel!

    Animal Inspection

    North Star Pest Control inspected our home because we were hearing suspicious noises in our attic. They were able to get the pests out in a jiffy! Great service.

    Mice problem

    North start came to my house after a day or so of me calling them to let them know I heard scratching between the walls of my house. Shaquille came, so professional and so knowledgeable about our situation. He looked through every corner of the house to think of possibilities and solutions. He provided the rat poison in a safe packaging and explained thoroughly what it does and how to keep our child safe from it. We are so happy with how fast and thorough he was and how friendly his whole presence was during this uncomfortable time. I would 100% recommend north star pest control to everyone.

    Took care of mice in attic

    Shakeel was very responsive, polite and professional. He arrived on time as expected. He listened patiently while I explained my situation involving a previous wildlife removal company and the extent to which they were able to help me. He looked around the roof and then had to come into the house and go into the attic. He was so careful with his boots, trying to keep the carpets clean. He quoted me for the service, we agreed, and he quickly got to work. He explained to me why I was hearing the mice in my attic (some insulation was missing above my office) and explained the best time to take care of anticipated future mice problems (September). The service was a week ago. Seems like the mice are "gone" now (RIP). Job well done, now I know the problem and I can work on prevention in future. Thank you Shakeel!
