    Squirrel and Mice Interior and Exterior Inspection

    Northstar Pest Control was called due to their very high reviews. Shakeel was very professional over the phone and came on time for the appointment to inspect the property for mice and squirrels late September. He was extremely thorough in his interior and exterior inspection of the property and garage. Unlike many companies, as the inspection was taking place, Shakeel really went over and above in providing detailed guidance on the things to do to deter critters from making a home on the property. I have since implemented all of his action points and happily there's been no further disturbances. I would like to thank Shakeel for his calm, expert guidance and professionalism. I highly recommend Northstar and would not hesitate to use them again!

    Racoon Roofing Issue

    Bash came on time and was professional. He identified two entry points where racoons made their way in. He was kind to explain the work and discovered another potential area of risk within my vents. Within a few days, problem solved. His work is clean and does not leave any mess behind. I'm very happy with his services .

    La Cucaracha 452

    I had roach issues and decided to make an appointment with North star pest. Shakeel set up an appointment and came by. Unfortunately, I didn't prepare the place properly. Shakeel offered to set up another date after I moved and prepared the place. He arrived on time, explained the process and handled the situation professionally. Shakeel said that to give him a call should we have anymore roaches. Since it was a bad infestation, we saw some stragglers and decided to give Shakeel a call. Without hesitation, Shakeel set up an appointment and came on time and gave another thorough spraying no questions asked. On time: 100% Courteous : 100% Professional : 100% Guarantee : 100% Refer to family & friends : 100% definitely

    My statement

    Thank you North Star for solving our ray problem. We had been hearing these tiny animals in our walls for a couple weeks but thought if we ignored them enough, they’d leave on their own. Unfortunately, these creatures were here to stay. I had been recommended North Star by a neighbour of mine, and I’m glad I was. They came as soon as they could and before we knew it. the rats were nowhere to be heard. Will continue to recommend this professional and kind company to anyone having tiny creature issues.

    North Star Pest Control is AMAZING!

    Being a real estate broker, i've been using North Star's services for a long time. Most recently, I had issues with some rodents at a clients property and immediately called North Star Pest Control. They came to in a very timely manner and handled the situation very efficiently and professionally as usual. Will definitely be calling them back for future needs and highly recommend you do the same!

    Squirrel problem solved

    Great service. Problem solved quickly. A squirrel got into my attic and started causing a commotion. North Star responded to my service almost immediately. They came out and inspected the roof. Installed a one way door so the squirrel could get out. and then came back a week later to remove the door and close up the mesh.

    Inspection

    The service and response was quick, on point and helped ease our minds. As we live on a ravine lot, we were also given suggestion for any possible future issues. Would definitely recommend to all family and friends.

    Squirrels removal

    Shakeel is amazing in helping us to remove the squirrels squatting in our attic in a manner that is both efficient and humane. I was very impressed about his helpfulness and experience. I will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who has pest issues.

    Skunk Removal

    The team at North Star are friendly, professional, efficient and responsive. Despite their busy schedule the day I called with a skunk removal issue, they carved out time and the father-son combo came and to care of business in a humane and timely manner. Great work guys!

    Squirrel remover

    They removed the squirrels from our roof succesfully no hassle. Great service. We never had them back again. I definitely recommend this service and company for anyone. You will be happy.
