    Outdoor Ant Problem

    Needed to address an outdoor ant problem on my property and glad I selected North Star Pest Control for the job. Shakeel is very easy to deal with and understands his business. He provided quote over the phone, we arranged an appointment, he showed up on day & time agreed to and most importantly satisfactorily completed the work for a very competitive price. I would not hesitate to refer Shakeel for a pest control issue.

    Raccoon removal

    They came and explained what he was going to do. Placed the cage over the suspect vent with a one way door. He explained what I can do to prevent the raccoon from climbing on to the roof.

    Pest control - Bee hive removal

    I would highly recommend Shaquille. Fast service but he made sure he got it all! He charged less than his phone quote once he assessed the situation. He also gave helpful tips on how to avoid this situation again in the future.

    Pest removal in attic

    Highly recommend North Star Pest Control. We heard noises coming from our attic. Shakil was very diligent in checking the outside of the house and the attic for entry points. He is extremely professional and clearly is very knowledgeable. Provided good advice and we will use him again if we ever have any kind of pest control issue.

    Hornets nest removal

    Shakeel was very professional and knowledgeable. He took care of removing our hornets nest efficiently and cleaned up well. He was great with scheduling the job and showed up when he said he would. I appreciate having a six month guarantee on his work. We would call him again if needed!

    Bird nest removal

    Shakeel from Polar Star Pest Control was professional and had great communication with us as the client. He came after I called him about the bird nest in our kitchen vent and was able to remove and clean the vent, also covering the vent with mesh so the problem will no longer happen. We appreciate his honest work and the fine job.

    Bat Removal

    Shakeel came to my house and was very courteous and professional. Checked roof and attic for bats and found none. Closed up possible gaps in roof and did a survey of my basement too. Gave me advice on next steps to avoid any bat habitation.

    Very Professional

    I happened on North Star Pest Control. coincidentally, I was actually trying to reach another company that I had contacted the day before. However, my interaction with Shakil was so positive , I went with my gut and hired him I only saw his positive reviews after I had agreed to hire him. I was not disappointed, he was very professional, did a great job and went over and above what I hired him to do, squirrel removal. Thanks Shakil...it is always a pleasure to see young people taking initiative.

    Inspection for squirrels

    Shakeel Ahmad from North Star Pest Control responded to my service request almost immediately after placing. His communications skills were impressive as he answered my questions in lightening speed. After contact with a couple of other companies, I had no doubt that I wanted to go with this company. Got an inspection appointment the next day, Shakeel came right on time and luckily, it was good news. He is bright, knowledgeable, honest and personable and I will for sure be recommending him and his company to all my friends and family! They really do deserve the 99% rating!
