    Racoon and Squirrel Removal

    The company has all the tools and required experience to complete the job. They came multiple times whenever called depending upon the situation. Most of the time they were very responsive and active and completed a professional job. Thanks for the amazing work.

    Great service

    Had issues with raccoons on our condo block. They kept moving from home to home with ease. We called North Star Pest Control (Bash) and he came on the same day. Set up stayed approx 5 hours and solved the problem. We had 3 babies under our garage area that made their way out. He stayed in the guideline and safety of Covid-19. We felt very safe. Fantastic job Bash. I would recommend this company and Bash to anyone. Hes very professional and extremely friendly. Thank you, Mr and Mrs Smith Thank you Mr and Mrs Smith

    Raccoon trouble

    North star pest control was recommended to us by a family friend. We called them when we started hearing noises in the attic. We had just renovated our home and put in a brand new roof, but somehow raccoons made a hole in the roof. To prevent further damage we called North star and since then they rescued our roof from raccoons . They fixed the issue from the exterior and also made genuine suggestions so that these pests dont return to our property. This company's service is impeccable and professional. I would definetely recommend them to our family and friends.

    Snake prevention

    Very professional, and considerate, always following the Social Distance best practices. Thank you to North Star, specially Bash, as they answered our calls and did the inspection on the same day. We have seen 12 snakes around the house in the last couple of weeks. North Start did a wide inspection inside and outside to ensure there are no access holes, also checked for any trace of any animal inside the house and garage. They also gave us some tips to cover the potential snake hiding places in the backyard.

    Ants in basement

    North Star Pest Control had previously helped us with a fly issue and earlier this Spring we had a number of ants in the basement. North Star came and treated the basement and we haven’t seen an ant since. Incredible customer service and very fair on price. Highly recommend!!!

    Removal of meat and caging vents

    We had a birds nest in our main bedroom vent. North Star Pest Control was very professional and efficient. The job was done quickly and with little noise and no mess. The vents were cleaned out and then caged so that this won’t happen again next spring. Highly recommend this company.

    Bee Removal

    I called North Star as I had been seeing a variety of bees around my house. I had previously used a competitor company for the same issue the last 3 years. This year, I decided to call North Star. Shakil from North Star showed up promptly and addressed the issues right away. He is very experienced and helpful and gets the job done no matter how big/small it is. He also provided many helpful tips on bees for future prevention. On top of that, he provided excellent and friendly customer service! If you have doubts about who to hire and you are reading this, look no further. I highly recommend North Star.

    Excellent Service

    I called North Star about wildlife noises at the rear of my house and they came promptly, exactly when they promised (3 days earlier than another company I called). They were professional, friendly and gave me great advice. In addition, their quoted inspection price was less than half of what the other company quoted. I highly recommend them!

    Very Satisfied - Recommended

    I noticed mice activity under the deck in the backyard, called North Star and they were very professional and honest. Great service from Shakil, also mindful of Covid-19 guidelines.
