    Mouse issue in attic and wall

    I contacted Shakil in December for a mouse issue and noise in our wall. He completed a thorough inspection to find entry points. Although we couldn't pin point the exact location, he recommended a treatment that worked. He also made a follow-up visit and provided further support. Shakil was responsive, provided lots of information based on his vast experience and was a pleasure to deal with it. If I have further issues, I will gladly reach out to him again.

    Bird nest removal

    Shakeel was punctual and the work was done well and they were very thorough. The price is very competitive, would recommend using them for bird nest removal.

    Excellent service. Professional and knowledgable

    We've been hearing scratching noise between walls and were worried if we got rodents issue. Called North Star and Shaqeel was able to show up to look at the issue the next day. He thoroughly checked out the roof and (luckily for us) no possible animal entrance was found. Turned out we are having the mice issue. Shaqeel provided the solution to deal with the issue and we are very happy about it. Love their professionalism and will definitely recommend their service to anyone.

    Service

    Waking up hearing loud movements and scratching sounds coming from the ceiling is no pleasantry. I was truly afraid and had no idea how to deal with a potential rodent in my home or the damage it maybe causing. I called Shakeel at North Star Pest Control and he had availability to see me the next day. He identified possible paths of rodent entry around my home. He took the time to answer all of my questions, concerns and explained how he would treat the issue. He went above and beyond what I expected. Shakeel was very professional, knowledgeable and respectful to my home. I will definitely use North Star Pest Control again and recommend them to friends.

    Bird nest removal

    We had past issues with bird nesting in our bathroom vents. I reached out to our neighbours and North Start Pest Control was recommended. They are quick to answer and book an appointment. I am very pleased with their work and would recommend them to anyone having bird nesting problems.

    Pest control

    Professional and knowledgeable service. Great experience, reasonably priced and very thorough. They came the next day after I called. Would highly recommend.

    Raccoon removal

    North Star was recommended by another pest control service that did not handle larger animals. When I spoke with them and described the noises, etc coming from our attic, they were able to identify it as a raccoon nest and came the next day. They were able to quickly identify the point of entry and remove the baby raccoon safely and then secure the opening.

    Knowledgeable and efficient

    Raccoon in roof

    A friend recommended North Star and they showed up the same day we called. Assessed the situation with the raccoon quickly and came up with a solution. Problem solved. Would definitely recommend.
