Provided service to address issues with flies around back windows. Following the treatment significantly less flies - great work and great price

Roof guards
Roof vents had guards attached to prevent squirrels from getting in. Efficient work, sealed all points of entry . Showed up on time and cleaned up all their materials.

Pest (mice) control
Shakeel was patient and fair in assessing my issue. He made me feel that he was not trying to make money but doing what was best for my home. He surveyed my roof and even went into the attic to check on the issue. I am hopping I won’t need him again but if the issue persists then I will calm him for sure. I have already told others about his good work.

Professional and gave us a lot of advice
Came on time with a quick inspection around the house and the roof. Found the trace of mice and applied mice poison. They have spotted some potential place that mice might come in and how we could block them. They also call back around a month to check if further mice activity was observed. Really enjoyed the service, would definately recommend.

Squirrels in attic
So glad I found North Star Pest Control on HomeStars! We had squirrels getting into our attic. Right from the first phone call, Shakeel was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. When he arrived to assess the situation, he was honest and professional. I was very happy with the work and the customer service. I always felt comfortable calling with any questions I had, and he was always willing to come check on things if I had any concerns. The most important factor for me is that I found a very trustworthy company. Everything from their price to service is hard to beat, and their work is guaranteed. I would absolutely recommend North Star to anybody needing pest control!

Pest Control
Shakil was friendly, informative and efficient. He provided relatively simple, economical solutions as well as preventative measures. His customer service was excellent and (despite the circumstances) we were pleased with the experience.
