Called to have a Racoon removed from my roof,,,, they were there same day for inspection,, found that one of my roof vents were broken from the racoon,, changed all 8 roof vents too steel ones,,, old ones were plastic,, I must say it was quick ,, professional work,,,Ill will definitely keep this number handy

I recently had a raccoon rip my roof open and causing havoc in the attic. I contacted North Star Pest Control to assist with the issue as I had a good experience with them last year. Shakeel came to the home, installed a 1-way door system for the raccoon to exit. He came back after a few days to fix the damage on the roof and sealed it. I highly recommend this company! Shakeel always deliver amazing service!

We contacted North Star for scratching noises we've been hearing from the attic and the walls. Response was prompt within half hour of filling out the request form and they were able to come out the next day. Shakeel was right on time as he said and was very personable, patient and thorough - listened to our concerns and diagnosed the problem. He also charged us less than initially quoted as it turned out less baits were needed since our floor vents can't be opened. He also did a thorough inspection of the exterior and capped off an entry point. Warranty for our service is for 6 mths and he mentioned he would come back to top up if more baits are needed. Will definitely recommend his service!

We heard scratching noises during the early morning hours coming from our bedroom ceiling/attic and suspected it was mice. Excellent thorough rodent control in attic. Noises are gone. Problem was fixed. The technician was very professional, knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, efficient and affordable. I would highly recommend North Star to others.
