    Bat in living room

    I called at 710pm to have a bat removed from my apartment by 830 they had shown up and removed the bat with out any problems i can now sleep tonight knowing there is no longer a bat in my apartment thank you so much

    Pest control- mice

    We were very pleased to be able to receive same-day service to deal with our problem. The service was quick, clean and thorough. We would recommend North Star Pest control to others.

    Excellent Service

    Had a raccoon in the walls. Gave them a call. They came, found the hole on the roof, installed a one way door, and no more raccoon. It was that easy. Very professional and cooperative. Would definitely recommend them and use them again. Great job!

    Pest control - mice in the attic

    We are having an issue with mice in the attic making noise at night. North Star were very prompt in responding to our request and answered all our questions ahead of time. They were also very flexible and arranged a time that was convenient for everyone and then came in on a Sunday, right after a bad winter storm. They were very thorough and inspected the exterior of the house and identified potential points of entry and then performed a treatment in the attic as well as bait stations in the garage. The service was very professional, very thorough and they took their time to explain the problem, potential risks as well as pointed out other areas that may be of concern. Overall we are very happy with the terrific service and would definitely recommend North Star!

    Rat pest control

    There was rat problem in the garage and sometimes they will enter in the house. They have provided very good service and also has given warranty of the work.

    Mice treatment

    Excellent Service

    I called North Star Pest Control based on a recommendation, and was very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. North Star Pest Control arrived on time, explained the problem, and provided several recommendations for us. Their staff was polite, knowledgable, and experts in pest control.     Racoon removal from west-end semi-detached

    Excellent, speedy and professional service from Shakeel and the folks at North Star. Shakeel called me within minutes of me posting my request on Homestars and he was out inspecting the situation as soon I was available. He and his father were efficient, professional and kind. They installed the one-way door, and a week or so later, were back to ensure the critters were out and proceeded to "seal the deal" with a professionally-placed wire mesh covering. Very happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone with raccoon problems in Toronto (which is everybody!).

    Pest/rodent control and treatment in the attic and entire house

    Very professional approach, arrived on time for the appointment. Did a complete check up of the roof and attic and patiently explained me the reason why he thinks it’s a rodent infestation. Treated the entire house.. the attic, all three floors and garage. Would definitely recommend him.
