Raccoon Removal
Sakeel and his father came at very short notice. Thoroughly search for the raccoon at our attic even after not hearing the babies for quiet sometime. Very patient and answered all of my questions. Definitely would recommend to whomever is having wildlife problems.

Raccoon removal from attic area
North Star arrived promptly this morning following an after hours call to them last night explaining that we had one or more large critters inside a 2nd floor wall. No surprise as we had seen a raccoon on the roof a week or so before. Costs were explained fully during the phone call. Entry points in the roof/ soffit junction used by the raccoon(s) were quickly identified by the father and son team who later went into the attic area and shortly thereafter emerged with 4 baby raccoons in a bag. A one way trap was installed on the roof to allow mother raccoon to exit and not renter while the four 3-4 week old babies were placed on the ground nearby to entice the mother to come out. Gratifying to see humane treatment of the animals from start to finish. All aspects of the job were explained fully and their work was efficient and thorough. Would positively recommend this company!

Cleared bird's nest in dryer vent
Took the time to do the job properly. Very pleasant to deal with and showed up on time for the appointment. Highly recommended!

Pest removal (chipmunk or squirrel) from inside my roof.
My wife and I have been hearing noise in our ceiling for almost a year now. We hired another company late last summer/fall and thought the problem was solved. It wasn't. Periodically throughout the winter we would hear a noise but it was so erratic we just thought to wait until it warms up. We found North Star Pest Control here on Homestars and gave them a call as the noises were more regular as nesting season had started. Sajeel and his father came by and after an extensive search they found a small hole where the brick and aluminum meet. They placed a one way door so they can get out but couldn't get back in. After a couple days the noises stopped. We waited about a week to ensure it worked and in fact it did. We haven't heard anything since the job was done a few weeks ago. I would definitely use them again and I would recommend them to anyone who has a pest problem.

Pest Removal
Great service. They came in and installed a one way door to get a raccoon out of my attic. Everything went smoothly, they explained everything clearly and they were very kind.
