Ive used Shakeel about 3 times over the last 2 years for a couple of Birds nest issues and a Yellow Jackets nest removal recently. One morning I heard loud scratching noises coming from the attic and I immediately suspected it was a raccoon. I called North Star Pest Control and Shakeel promptly responded to my call. He installed a one-way door in the area of the roof (aluminum siding) damaged by the raccoon. Within a couple of days, the raccoon was gone. Shakeel have helped with many different pest issues over the past 8 years (squirrels, wasps, raccoons). Each time he or one of his sons responded promptly, were professional, friendly, efficient and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend North Star Pest Control to anyone dealing with pest issues.

I had a bad wasp problem on my front porch with a very busy nest living behind the stone and entering through an opening in the mortar. North Star Pest Control called me within an hour of me submitting a request for a quote on a Saturday morning and came within hours to spray. They sprayed not only where it was clear the wasps were entering, but sprayed every nearby opening and checked the interior walls before and after spraying to ensure the wasps were not getting inside our home. Most wasps had died off within a few hours with less than 10 lingering through the evening. The next day 5-6 were still trying to reenter the nest but had died off by the end of that day. North Star were fast, friendly, professional and thorough. And they followed up with me three times to ensure the problem had resolved. I highly recommend them.

Yellow jackets were making it extremely difficult for us to come outside.and I called North Star Pest Control who cam on Tim immediately and with one visit effectively killed all of them. I found the Home Star service prompt professional and effective and highly recommend.
