Windows replacement
I had very good experiences with Consumers Choice before and called them again to upgrade some more of my old house. I happened that Nordik bought the previous company I used to deal with so sign the contract with the new company. Although not cheap, the overall quality is just fine. The installation was on time but had a problem after operating one of the casement windows. I have to call for service and the problem was solved. Since the review is for the company Im giving 8 points out of 10. For the technician who came to solve the problem I can give him the 10 points. He came during the time frame, found the problem and quickly fixed it. Since the warranty is for 25 years I hope I dont have to call for service again.

All windows and Doors
Fantastic service from the sales rep to the installers. I would strongly recommend Jen she knows her products and Walter and Georgey were fast efficient and treated my home like there own.

Windows and Patio Door
Great work from Mike and Maya - showed up on time, fixed one existing issue and installed the new window and patio door. Friendly crew, cleaned up everything after job was completed.

Phenomenal product, workmanship, service
We needed new windows and doors in our new to us, 50 year old house. We did our due diligence, got 6 estimates from 6 different window door companies and ALMOST cancelled our appointment with Nordik, just figured there would be the same presentation and pressure to sign up with them as with the other 6. WE WERE ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTFULLY SURPRISED !! Our first contact was with their sales rep, who was well informed about the product he was showing us, about the warranties, our choices, what is included or what we need to get ourselves. This was the only company that included the hardware for our doors with a 25 year guarantee! This was also the only rep that listened to our choice of window colour and type of window. We did not want regular casement windows we wanted awning windows and we wanted black windows, which we believed would make our front door POP, and also bring in the black hinges on our garage door. We went through this with all the other companies, not one of them could see it or agreed. They also did not understand the reason behind the awning windows. An awning window has nothing in the middle of the window like a casement or slider, we wanted the full view. We feed and watch the birds in our area, our old windows were sliders and the middle of the window was blocked. We also wanted a large front entry door, 42, they were the ONLY, company who were able to offer that. The other reps tried to push what they had onto us not listening to what we wanted. Our rep was patient and looked through everything he had available and waited patiently as I chose colours that complimented our siding and brick. He never raced us or pressured us, and he showed us the make up of the doors and windows which were higher quality than the others we had seen. We ordered with a delivery date of first week in August, they called to say we could get our windows in earlier but the door would still be first week in August, we chose to have it all done together. They sent 2 extremely qualified installers. They arrived on time and were extremely professional. They were so polite, clean, clean, super methodical in their workmanship. They told us they work as if it was their own house. Their workmanship was impeccable and it showed pride of their work with great work ethic! Pardon the photos as we are having our kitchen renovated and outside landscaping finished. We would 100% highly recommend this company and the team we had from start to finish!!!

New windows
We recently had our windows replaced with Nordik windows. The entire process went smoothly. We were kept informed of the status of our project throughout the entire process. The communication with everyone involved was superb. The installers were fantastic. We highly recommend Nordik to anyone thinking of purchasing new window.

Window replacement
Euchin and his team arrived early and were prepared to work. They prepared the place with drop cloths. I was mpressed with how diligently and thoroughly they worked. I appreciated that Euchin asked me questions to verify the correct placement of the swing windows and if i was pleased with progress. His team worked fast to get the job done. There was a hiccup with the re installation of my old shutters but the crew determined got them re-installed. The windows look beautiful and the job was done much quicker than I anticipated. Well done! I am quite pleased with the over all experience. Well done!!
