    Replacement Windows

    In needed to replace 8 upstairs windows. Nordik provided a suitable product at a very competitive price. The installation was fast and clean. The whole experience exceeded my expectations.

    Window Installation

    I recently had Nordik Windows install new windows at my home, and I couldnt be more pleased with the results! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional. The installation team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy after they were done. The quality of the windows is top-notch, and they have made a noticeable difference in both the appearance and energy efficiency of my home.     Great install experience!

    We chose Nordik after reviewing bids from a few companies. Ultimately we decided on Nordik because of the warranty and quality, and ther sales rep quickly got the process going. After a decently large hiccup with the measurements and a false start for the install for our project (based on bad measuring the first time), our experience today was great. Alexey and his crew are true professionals. He remeasured the whole job after it was botched by someone else and he made sure everything was spot on for the install today. He managed the entire project expertly and was a pleasure to deal with. The crew let our house and our yard spotless. We requested him specifically to come and do the door we are having put in next month as a result.

    Do not work with Nordik. Bad product, worse company.

    Do not under any circumstances trust Nordik with your doors and windows. This is a low quality product offered by a company which does not standby its own warranty. The process of working with this company has been an absolute nightmare with 7 windows and two doors taking over 1.5 years and 7 installations attempts to install in a mediocre manner. Elements of the doors and windows broke within 3 months of install and when we call for service, the calls are simply not returned or actioned. Outstanding repairs have now stretched over a year with no action by Nordik. Nordik is an untrustworthy outfit and I would caution any homeowners or builders to spend their money elsewhere. Cheap product Disorganized fabrication Poor installation No customer service No employee consistency No warranty. Choose any other window supplier.

    Fix Broken Screen

    Andy, the technician was very professional. Called me an hour before coming. Arrived on time and performed and excellent job replacing the defective part. Thanks Nordik.

    All windows and patio door

    First l get the patio door, mature guy carrying the light end, his daughter got the heavy part. They had my old door out the new one put in less than an hour. Amazing. Next 3 Serbian guys show up with the 4 windows and had them all put in less than 2 hours. Big guys 6ft3, 6ft4, 6ft5, l kid you not, well anyway, l had to phone for adjustments on everything. Now comes the best part, a guy named luc, he went around adjusting this and that, replacing rollers on the door. He made a couple of visits, now all windows and the door work perfectly, couldnt be happier, you should make sure to keep luc around, that young man is great at his job.

    WINDOWS

    The installation was flawless. 13 windows completed in one day. Was very impressed. There was a couple of issues with the windows. That said, they sent out a technician the day after I reported the issues. So far I have no reason to believe they do not stand by their product, although I believe first time quality could be improved at the factory level IMO.

    False Promises, unprofessional, and poor communication

    Salesman would lure you with a fantastic processing time of 6-8 weeks but on the contract it said "Estimated number of weeks to installation: 8 to 10, from the signature date". Please be aware of that the company will look for every opportunity to make you correct some mistakes that they made in order to buy more time to produce the customize door. I would not recommend this company unless you are out of options. We had a very unpleasant experience with this company. The sale person was lack of communication skills, the guy Christ who was escalated to called himself "hotdog that you can get to talk to" was also rude and unprofessional... They admitted the mistake they have made, and showed 0 intention to re solve the problem.
