    High quality installation very fast impeccably clean

    Excellent installation, my neighbours installed new windows and I went with Nordic. Was highly recommend to go with Alexei services. His team cleaned not just inside but also outside the house and did a two day job within a single day. Aleksey called me six months later to ensure the windows are still good and nothing is leaking. Would definitely recommend

    Replacement of Windows and Doors

    We replaced all of the windows and front door of our home several years ago prior to Nordik's purchase of the company. There have been problems from the start. While we have able to have the concerns with our windows addressed (not without some difficulties), the problems with the front door are still ongoing. The finish on the inside of the door is chipped and flaking off. Repeated attempts to have the problem corrected have been ignored, we have been promised return calls from the service department (which never happens) when we push/follow up we are constantly told "someone will get back to us" (and nobody does). We have had to fight tooth & nail to get anyone to respond at just about every turn. We have managed to convince the company to send someone out to look at the door issue on 3 occasions. Each time, the tech brings touch up stain (all 3 attempts at this have failed) confirms the stain will not work and someone will be in touch with the next steps. We have to follow up every time. The latest response was that Nordik is waiting to hear back from the manufacturer with an inspection date and that we (as the homeowner) were welcome to reach out the manufacturer directly ourselves (no contact info was shared). This is beyond frustrating. We have been patient and given plenty of time for this to be corrected (the current email string began in May 2020 and remains unresolved).

    Great job

    Guys did an excellent job and where very friendly.Had nice conversation with the guys Left job siite cleaner than it was before the work.Will most definitely recommend this Nordis crew.

    once they get the money, they will never get back to you!

    Their customer service is very bad!They did a window installation at beginning of March. People who install the window find out one window trim is missing. They told me they will install the trim with in a week. And they take the whole payment. Then it has been three months, nobody call and nobody install the trim. I called them several times and their customers service responded me that just wait, every company is slow! I placed order around the beginning of October last year! The trim should be done on the time when they install the window.

    replacing window in laundry room

    I called Nordik because I thought the seal went in my laundry room window. They sent Daniel to have a look and he said that the seal had gone, so a replacement appt was made. Daniel is a very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous young man.

    Not the greatest experience

    We started out impressed as this was the first company that scheduled a Zoom call and gave us a proper quote that wasn't scribbled on a piece of paper. When we were making our final decision on which company we were ultimately going to choose, the sales rep said, "This is the best, best, best price I can give you and if you don't choose us you may as well keep your old windows because the others are giving you the same quality window that you currently have installed". We decided to go with Nordik but when we received the revised written quote it was a few thousand dollars higher than the verbal "best price" we were quoted. Not the end of the world but based on principle I was ready to walk away but my husband was really excited to just make a decision and move forward so we did. Next step, employee came to measure for the windows and showed up without a mask. Install day comes and my daughter calls to say they packed up and left because none of the windows fit. That was around 9:00am. By 5:00pm I still hadn't heard a word from any company representative so I called them. "How did the installation go?" said the voice on the other end. Well, given that your guys packed up 8 hours ago because the windows didn't fit, I'd say not so well. To that, the person said, "Oh, I thought it was strange that they were back so soon". The fact that the windows didn't fit was disappointing but we get it, mistakes happen. The fact that there was no phone call and no apology was a little harder to take. That was July 22nd and by August 11th we still hadn't received any communication as to when the reinstall date would be. Nothing from the sales person, nothing from the install team, nothing from anyone, so I reached out again. Second install day was now set. The 2 installers were courteous and professional and did a decent job cleaning up the work site the 2nd time around. A few stray nails and saw dust but an easy fix. The first time, however, the front lawn was left covered in saw dust. I honestly thought someone from the company would have reached out but other than the bill, nothing. It's now been 10 months and I will need to contact the company. The trim around the front door has come loose, the powder room window gets condensation between the glass panes, some of the colour on the trim around the upstairs windows has come off and the ensuite window won't open all the way. One word of caution for anyone opting for black windows as we did, you see a lot of white from the outside. I wish we would have realized how noticeable it would be as we would have gone for black inside and out. If you take the screens out it isn't quite as noticeable. We went for the blinds installed in the glass on the garden doors so unfortunately not much we can do about that.

    Kitchen window replacement

    Dan & Ian did an excellent job. Very fast and efficient and cleaned up everything. They were on time and very courteous. I appreciate them following covid19 guidelines also. Thank you very much Doug Hicks .

    Front Door

    Very happy with the quality of installation for my front door. The installers were very polite, clean and perfectionist. Nordik customer service was also great to work with during COVID and was able to make it all smooth for us. Thank you so much!

    Window Replacement

    Firstly, Jacob, my sales representative was wonderful and explained the product and service very well. David and Sandro, my installers, were wonderful. They were on time, clean, and did the entire job (14 windows) in 2 days. I am so very impressed with them and their work. Thank you Nordik Windows.

    Total Home Window Replacement

    Every window in my entire home has been replaced and my experience with Nordik was a success from the first phone call! They were quick to answer any of my questions and were more than willing and helpful to work around my schedule. The Sales rep was Guliano who represented Nordik at the highest level possible. He was very helpful and matched my needs with the best solution! We have been in contact throughout this journey and I cannot thank Guliano enough! The Installation and the Installation Crew were also on point with timing and planning. Zoran and his crew were very respectful and professional both outside and inside my home! Highly recommended and very thankful for this experience!!
