We had 7 upper windows in our house replaced. Workers were excellent, cleaning up after themselves and leaving my home exactly as they had found it. I would definitely recommend Nordik.

I am very pleased with this company. Nordik was one of 4 companies I contacted and from the beginning the level of service was exceptional. The pricing was worth every dollar. We got a great product that arrived on time and no issues. We dealt with the sales rep Laura from start to end. Laura took her time with us. She spent over 2 hours in our home going through everything, she was friendly, professional and made this process enjoyable. We made a couple of changes to our design which was handled quickly. I was very surprised to see her arrive on the day of install to check in and ask was everything going well. I really felt that I dealt with a company that cared. The installers arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. They where quick and efficient. Even after the install I received a call the next day from Christina in Nordik customer service to see how the installation went and if we had any concerns. I am beyond impressed and will be recommending Nordik for many years.

All windows in our home were replaced. The quality of the windows is very high and the service - first class. Starting with ‘Laura J-R’ our sales representative, whose attention to detail and cheerful ‘no problem’ patience with our changes, made the pre installation process, both smooth and pleasant. The day of installation came and a 2 man crew - Zoran and Daan, arrived promptly at the arranged start time of 8am and immediately started work. Part way through the day at 4:15pm, a second Nordik installation crew headed by Miro, who had finished a smaller job locally, showed up and helped with the installation. What was scheduled to be a 2 day install was completed efficiently, in one day!! Clean up was thorough and efficient and all old windows and debris were removed from the job-site. This was a most impressive operation from sales visit through installation and I have no hesitation in recommending Nordik product and sales/ installation staff. Well done Nordik and thank you.

Was disappointment with the quality of the windows. Three of the five screens did not fit properly and there were gaps around the screen; three windows did not have the tabs so you can remove the screen to clean your window and one of the sliders did not fit properly. When we called Nordik while the installer was here to let them know of the issues they advised the next available time that someone could come out to look at them was June 10th. This was not acceptable to us and we asked that someone come out immediately. An installation manager did come out the same day. He agreed the we needed to get new screens and a replacement part for the slider, which he ordered while he was still here. We felt like he heard us and we are comfortable that the issue will be resolved thanks to him. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable.

This installation was a disaster. Once the frame and door were installed, I was informed that the interior transom trim was broken. It took a month to get a replacement which turned out to be too big. That installer rashly removed excess foam along with wall paint. I was told that the final installer would have touch-up paint. He didn't even know about the problem. The job is nearly complete but of course I now have to find a painter to paint the primed trim. Ugh! I'm not a happy customer. P.S. The installers don't clean the glass unless you ask. When all is said and done, Daniel, the third and final installer did fine work.

Ben and Sam who installed the doors were total professionals who answered all question, they were efficient, friendly and cleaned up the work area better than it was before hand. Very pleased with the outcome and wish I did my windows with Nordik.

From day one I had windows with Seals having problems it's been since July 18th 2018 and it's been going on and on trying to get Windows repaired and fixed the last one's been over a year they keep saying it's coming but it never shows they promised to call back and give me updates never do and when I call to get a hold of Lena or MOe I don't get any return call but I will say their installers are great customer service sucks big time

Installed new windows in several openings on my house in November 2020 - 7 openings with 3 being oversized. The installers were very polite and did a great job. I wish I could recall their names to thank them here as well. Did have some issues with the windows and had great service from Nordik. The follow up appointment also had great workers. Thanks Ian and Daniel! We put black windows in this time. I’ll be waiting a few years before finishing off the rest of the house to see how they wear.

I had these windows replaced on 21May21 Appointment sch for 11 am. Tech arrived at 8 am. We let him start the job and this is what we got. We were told that if we were not available for 8 am he would come next week. Absolutely disappointed with the service and the job. Please look into this asap. Is this what you offer your customers and is this the kind of service you provide. Please see photographs of front and inside view of windows. I need this fixed ASAP.
