This is the second time we have purchased windows supply only from Nordik Windows. Their windows are excellent quality and good value for the money. We moved into our home and replaced all 23 windows.

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Nordik Windows stands by their products. I have dealt with Barry Wood from sales. Top notch. Fair and honest. I had a minor problem and dealt with Mike Brown, installation Manager. Mike attended my home the next day . Very professional. Dealt with all my concerns in a timely manner. I had Daniel from Nordik Service Department come to my home to resolve the minor problem. Daniel, is what Nordik Windows is all about. Highly competent, skilled, professional, efficient and very polite. I would highly recommend this company without hesitation.

The gentlemen who came were on time and very professional. They took every effort to clean before and after the installation. They took the time to show me how the windows worked and how they could be cleaned.

Hi, I had six windows installed in last January and installer damaged one of the window while installed in my room. I called the nordik company every month, weeks after weeks until now to find out when they would come to replace the damaged window. The damaged window got a big crack line which l had to use the duct tape to cover it in order to prevent the glass pieces come off to injury my children, l called the company right away to explain my concern and it is very dangerous and have to deal with it asap, however l got the same answer every time l called, they said they would escalate to get it fix once they the replacement parts, it never happens until now. Very ,very disappoint to the service that provide to the customers. l wonder how the company does the business and emphasize they treat the customers well. l have to think twice whether l should give the business to nordik to replace my remaining windows of my house.

I had all the windows on the north side of my house replaced as well as one other basement window. The team of 2 showed up early in the morning and were done by early afternoon. The windows appear to be of great quality and the capping and trimming out on the outside was very well done and looks great.

The installation was process was very smooth. Date for installation was given ( with a reminder) and the installer came at the time scheduled. The installation was very professional (very clean and cleanup done afterwards as if no construction had been done). Windows look great(quality windows and worth the money). Very happy with the whole installation process and quality of the windows. Very pleased with the look and quality of the windows as well as professional install.

The sales rep was very pleasant and professional. During the process and before signing the contract she answered numerous emails and questions very promptly. After we signed the contract her great service continue all the way to the installation. We made several changes that were managed very well through the sales rep and Nordik. My wife and felt that they really tried to work with us on all elements. The windows look fantastic installed along with the flashing details. Happy and satisfied with the whole process.

The guys worked steady until job was completed. They did a very good job, finished outside metal work & cleaned up when done. I would recommend these installers, for this type job.

As always good service, clean, efficient and friendly installers. We have now replaced all our 11 windows in our house with more efficient, maintenance free windows. Very happy with Nordik Windows and doors company.
