    Window replacement

    I needed to replace 5 windows and called several companies for quotes. Nordik had a good presentation. The windows they make are really well made. Although they didn't have the lowest quote I went with them because they projected competence and that spurred my trust. They arrived on the installation day at 9:00am set up and by `11:55am the windows were in and they were gone and left no trace of the installation. The windows look great and both the inside and outside are well finished and the trim will only need some minor touch up. All in all I am very satisfied with their work. I will call them for my next window or door needs.

    All new windows

    Happy so far with our new Nordik windows. Not overly impressed with the high pressure tactics used by the salesperson but I had already done my research and knew Nordik offered a good product...plus it’s a Canadian company. The installation went smoothly and the installer was very kind, courteous and cleaned up nicely. Windows look awesome and we have noticed a significant reduction in outside noise already. Looking forward to lower hydro bills too! Overall, it has been a positive experience and I would recommend Nordik windows.

    Window installation

    Alex and his crew installed new windows in our house. They were very professional, polite and cleaned up everything. Awesome Crew!! Would definitely recommend Nordik windows & doors to anyone!

    New Windows

    We replaced three windows in our home that were quite drafty. It turned out that there was no insulation on the sills under the windows. The installers, Matthew and Paul Niman, were very personable and their skills were superior. They cleaned up after themselves and took all the old materials with them. We are totally happy with the Nordik windows and equally happy with the installation team. Thank you Matthew and Paul.

    Beautifully perfect work

    Darcy and Scott arrive and not only were they a pleasure with whom to work but the work they did was beautifully perfect. Could not have been better. According to this computer review thirty words are required but I covered the story using less words.

    Basement windows

    We needed new windows in our basement during our reno. Nordic was the only company that came out for the sale to scope out the job, another visit for measuring each of the 6 windows and then installation. Harris and crew were experienced, professional and did an awesome job - completed in 2 hours! I'd highly recommend Nordic Windows and Doors for those looking for new windows. Atul

    Your installers were very friendly and professional . My wife and I are extremely happy with the windows we had installed and would highly recommend your products to all my friends and family . A very happy customer ... thanks Gord Hill

    Windows

    Excellent customer service, until windows were installed. 2 out of the 4 windows were damaged and therefore had to be replaced. 2 large windows in master bedroom and ensuite had california shutters which no longer fit once new windows were installed. NO ONE informed me of this...neither the sales rep OR the guy who came to measure. When I called to complain I was told that it is written in my agreement that they can not guarantee existing window treatments to fit. if I had been told this, I would not have gone ahead with installation. Company was not concerned that I am now out over $4k for window treatments

    Review Nordik Windows and Doors

    Originally bought the a bunch of windows for a main floor renovation from Beverly Hills windows in 2019...2-2.5 years ago. In Oct 2020 had to have the bay window replaced due to vandalism. Bev. Hills sold to Nordik by that time and so in order to get the same window we decided to use Nordik. As it turned out, the window was not quite the same but close enough. I was happy that the trim and casings did not get damaged or need to be replaced. The 2 workers were very nice. They cleaned up very well when done. Only complaint would be that the caulking on the inside was a little bit sloppy but over I satisfactory.
