Nordik Windows And Doors reviews (1498)

The sales was good. I got new windows installation done back in December 2020, but they didn't have the wood round trim. It's been over 4 months now and some of newly installed windows are still missing wood trim. No follow up call from the company. I had to call multiple time to follow up on the order of the wood trims. I was told a month back that they missed the order. Absolutely not happy with the after sale service.

I was very pleased with the professionalism in which the the 2 installers completed the job. the main person's name was Zoro and I do not remember the 2nd person's name. They were on time, very capable and experienced and did the job very efficiently. They did not leave any debris back but took everything back. They were easy to work with and it showed these folks had years of experience in doing this job. The quality of the windows were very good and easy to operate.

Doors were done quicker then expected, the team of 2 that came to do the work did a great job. They worked hard, we are happy with the new windows and can’t wait for the Door to be installed

The windows are very solid. The installer started early and finished late to ensure the job was fully completed in one day. He was on time, respectful and professional. Dealing with a 100+ year old house and removing the original windows was challenging but Ilgar was great. Thank you. J

Doors we’re brought damaged 3 times. Company never returns my calls. Have been waiting for a manager to call me back to discuss compensation for the times I took off of work to have the doors installed and turned the installers away. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Delivery was delayed because of COVID-19. However, the quality of the front entry door and the meticulous installation by Yuri and his team made it all worthwhile. Also want to thank Ryan James who guided us so well through the entry door selection process and the wonderful staff at Nordik. We could not be more pleased with the finished product. Thank you!!

I am so happy with the whole service by Nordik. From Chris, the sales man who came to my house, to Steve, who came to verify the window measurements, and finally the installation of the windows by Mike. My plan was just to get a quote from Chris, but we liked his no push, no pressure style. We just accepted his price and got the job done. The whole process was smooth and all made to look easy. From the sales person right through to the fitter and installers, dealing with Nordik Windows and Doors was a top quality experience. The door was made well, competitively priced and very attractive glass insert. The installers were professional, and finished their work in a short time frame. I was very pleased with their work and would definitely recommend using Nordik to others.

We replaced the existing patio door and converted one of the double windows into a patio door. Nordik was the only company that agreed to do it and did it with such ease that it made you wonder why the other two companies said no. Our sales rep was very helpful, he quickly acknowledged what we needed and provided us with the solution we desired at a very competitive price. When we told him we were on a budget he worked with us on that too. The order was placed and delivered at the time it was promised with no delays or hiccups of any kind. The installers were very professional, they worked all day and were very considerate always wearing their masks inside and leaving the place clean at the end. The two doors look really nice and we're very happy with the result and the entire experience.
