Awesome energy efficiency windows and doors. I love how air tight they are, the transparency of the windows (it seems there's no window at all) and the noise reduction. I want to thank Bruce (the sales person) and the installers. We had 3 different crews coming in as we changed all windows and doors and due to Covid they were ready at different times. All crews were great, Jason and his team did the windows, Oko the patio door and Alex and his team the doors. They were all super friendly, answered all my questions and left everything looking great. I also want to thank Annette who coordinated all the installs and ensured to keep me up to date on the status of the orders and timing. This is certainly a very special time and she was great at navigating the uncertainty of the items availability. I highly recommend Nordik!

Nordik did a fantastic job with our new doors! The gentleman who came for the initial consultation, as well as the office staff, were very patient with all of our questions. Salesman told us it would take 1 day to install 2 sliding doors and 1 window. Received an email couple of days before appointment indicating installers would arrive between 8 and 10 am. 2 guys showed up after 11:30 telling me this was a 2 day job. They proceeded with install till almost dark on first day. Second day only 1 installer showed up and he struggled all day till 1 hour after dark trying to put flashing around window. I just wanted him to go home so my wife could have dinner. He finally aggreed to leave at 8 pm and come back a third day. The last day he finished after lunch again by himself but a repair ticket was opened to have someone fix rip in the new screen and try and fix a screw that pushed up through formica base of window durning installation (explained as a default with window ). A Week later someone arrived and the hole in formica was just filled with some dap (different colour than the formica ) and the screen had to be taken back to shop to be re-screened as he ran out of screening. When new screen door arrived it picked up a nice long scratch thought the paint to bare metal . Company does not pay attention to detail and I would NOT recommend them.

Have a deck that was directly outside new basement windows to be installed. I asked salesperson and person that came to measure if deck would present a problem with install and both said no. Came to the install date and installers informed me that deck boards would have to be removed outside window and left without installing. New install date scheduled and two different installers arrive and won’t install even though I removed deck boards as requested. Third install date was successful after Manager came by first to look at installation issue. Whole process from ordering to install took 7 months, way too long!

Our sales associate was Levi and he was great. The team of Colton, Devin and Danny showed up on time and ready to work. They were very respectful and friendly. They were able to get the job done in the time frame we were given. When the work was done they showed us how to use the windows and had everything cleaned before receiving payment. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!!!

we had 2 small basement windows replaced and 3 more in the top floor of the house. the 2 installers were punctual, efficient and very neat in their work and cleaned up after themselves. they even swept up the sawdust on the driveway (framework required for the basement windows.) they were very professional.

The level of professionalism and attention to details excreted by the installer(s) Zo and his colleague is worthwhile your money and overall experience with Nordik. Completing the installation without hiccups was a little concerning to me because I didn’t want any errors whatsoever that would alter the original design of my open concept finishing(s) - but Zo and his trusted colleague delivered. To make things even better, my sales guy, Dan, showed up with the exact finishing I was looking for, for my windows. The work completed so far is pristine. There’s still some work pending completion for the furnace room window and patio doors. So I’m looking forward to an equal experience for the remaining of the work, and preferably with the same installation crew. You guys (installation and sales) made my family legit, happy. Thanks!

We had five estimates for our project and ultimately chose Nordik because they were reasonably priced, had great service and attention to detail including the design, scheduling, installation and maintenance of our new doors. Safety protocols were covered, all personnel who came into our home were extremely professional and competent. Highly highly recommend!

We recently upgraded our main door with Nordik's door. Instead of having a glass side panel, Nordik custom built our door so that our door is bigger which provide a more dramatic view of our entry point. Our sales representative Daniel help us made our decision easy. Dan was in constant communication with us throughout our decision making process, He is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and concerns. The installer from Nordik is very skillful & professional and did a great job installing the door. I recommend Dan & Nordik to my family & friends and am looking forward in upgrading my windows with Nordik in the near future.
